The owner was really friendly and tires were at good price.

Shop couldn’t help take off tire due to broken tool. Not a problem, but service by young female was not good, responded with attitude on the phone and in person. Young man who tried helping us out hit the side of our car with tool as he was pulling. Cracked the edge and did not acknowledge nor apologize for scuffing it. Was worried more about his tool than hitting someones car.

It's Saturday... 4:55 pm and it's a 3 day holiday weekend, defiantly not a great moment for a flat. However, we through a haul marry and called just to see if there was any possibility we could get help for some customers of ours we are towing (Michaels Towing, Reedley CA) from Kings Canyon National Park, CA back down to the Parlier CA area. By my complete surprise, the owner gave us her personal cell phone and said call after hours and THEY WOULD COME BACK! Im completely floored! This is going above and beyond by ever stretch of imagination.. this is one tire, not even a large job - meaning not a huge profit margin. Just wow. Thank you Best Tires In Town, Parlier CA. Very impressed with the guys at this shop! Every single time I’ve gone they’ve taken good care of me in a quick matter, yet still always get the job done right. I had a sudden flat tire today and the gentleman was super courteous. Even checked the pressure in my other tires. After that, another gentleman taught me how to recalibrate the tires on my settings so that I would know what to do in the future when the low tire pressure notification goes off. Small things, but they were so nice about it all and it meant a great deal to me. Would definitely recommend 😊

They guarantee truck s to be ready at specific times or you get a $ 50 voucher. Last weekend my truck wasn't ready and now they are saying well on your NEXT rental you'll get a the credit. VERY MISLEADING. Will not do buisness with a company that I can't trust to be on time or follows through with what they say.
