Horrible service and they are just completely rude. Over Priced and I recommend going to anyone else

They tell me one price, never showed up or even called me. When I called them they increased the price and expected me to pay an additional 70$ to the first price they gave me

Great service! I called at 7:15a & Alex had a someone at my place by 9:30a. Took about an hour & the price was great. Highly recommended!

This is the best service you can get for your windshield replaced; they gave me a price out the door and they honored, within a few hours from my call they came to my house and in and out in 20 minutes! They work good, clean, respectfully and about 100 to 150 bucks less than all the other quotes I got where I had to make a reservation and wait a day or two. Highly recommend them, they truly deserve it!

Spoke to the owner Alex and ordered the glass for my vehicle on April 3. He quoted me a week and half. 2 weeks roll around and I text him for follow up, he doesn’t answer. I call him and he answers and says he will call me back. He doesn’t call me back for days and doesn’t respond to any of my messages. Doesn’t return my voicemail. He just had me wait for 2+ weeks when I could have went elsewhere. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Let me start with Alex's communication was great. They were scheduled to come in at 2:00 pm but did not show up till 4 pm. The fact that he kept communicating with me was amazing. We did run into lot of problems regarding my car window after the install was completed ( door control stop working, not sealed correctly , broken glass still in the door and etc.) But after reaching out to Alex he came to check out the problem and was able to identify the issue. Alex definitely takes care of his customers I just wished the window was installed correctly the 1st time and we didn't have to go back and forth for week. I would say Alex is passionate about taking care of his customers and providing great service.

Alex is punctual, very tidy, professional and friendly. His price was clear and the final bill matched his estimate exactly. I give Alex my highest recommendation.

We were on our way to a friend’s get together and, while on the 5 freeway going northbound, an object ricochet and smashed into our windshield. Expletives were screamed. We pulled over and there was a Honda dealer. They wanted $800 for the glass + $200 for labor. More expletives were said. Long story short, we called Alex and he said he could do it for a fraction of the cost. He was at our house within a couple of hours and did an amazing job. Thanks so much for your amazing work and saving our Saturday!
