AutoZone Auto Parts in Orange Cove

3/29/25 I did an online pickup order for a freon R1234yf upon pickup, the gentleman that attended me was hesitant to give me my order after i showed him my confirmation/reciept. And proceeded to ask me if i paid for the item? Acting like im trying to steal an item i had already paid for online! Safe to say i wont be shopping here anymore

I went to AutoZone recently in order to install new headlights onto my car and thought it would be a piece of cake thanks to videos on YouTube making it seem simple. The employees were friendly, helped me find the right parts, helped me find the right tools, and even helped me install everything correctly after I struggled for a while. Overall it was a great experience.

I enjoyed my experience at the orange cove store 4464 ! The parts sales manager Joel R was professional in his interaction with me. Great job guys!!!

My passenger side mirror got hit by a reflector on the side of the road as I was coming out from Sequoia national park. I got worried as the mirror came out, the cover is completely broken and I need to visit other places during the long weekend. This was the nearest AutoZone I could find on my way. I went inside the store very scared but Andrew quickly spotted me and asked the issue. I explained to him and he then checked my side mirror and then quickly fixed it with glue and I was all set. He was very informative and I would love to give him 6 stars as he helped me as much as he could in the hour of need and advised me how to get around until I reached my home back. Thanks Andrew for going above and beyond.

I went there on Sunday morning to check my car battery. Although the person that waited on me seemed to have been hired recently, she did her best to help me and accommodate my needs. She allowed me to borrow tools to expose the auxiliary battery in my car. I was unable to buy the battery I needed but could have ordered it for later time. Overall, I was happy with the staff and their level of customer service.

Diego is the worst store manager that could’ve been chosen after Gohans departure. My experience was unusual and very uncomfortable he just kept staring at my feet.

I always get outstanding customer service here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great inventory and things that need to be ordered they can get quickly.
