This last spring break I drove my Rv to Glamis and on the way home I heard some air coming and noticed the the passenger side of the windshield had a gap at the top and bottom. After inspecting it was both driver and passenger side that had gaps. I threw a ratchet strap across my two side mirrors and it made it home. After calling a bunch of shops and getting the run around I called J&L Rv repair in Fontana and they told me they go to New View for all their glass jobs. So I called and made an appt to take the Rv in. Drop off was smooth they went over all the possible problems like the windshields breaking on removal and the damage to the rubber seal which was wall understandable. So after a day or 2 they called and told me they needed to replace the seal which I thought was fine it was $600 extra but I just wanted to get it done. But after another day or 2 Tim their lead tech there called me and was very helpful and told me the gasket was fine and he was able to use it and save me the $600 because most new seals are made today aren’t up to par with the older ones if they’re not too cracked or ripped…luckily mine only had one rip. After picking it up and getting it home I literally told myself make sure you write a review for these guys because they really were a honest down to earth no bs shop which is rare these days.
Chris and James are top notch rv glass professionals. I had a front glass seal pop out. They resealed all the glass for a very reasonable price!! Highly recommend their service

We got a quote from them years ago to replace our foggy windows in our old coach. Before we had a chance to hire them, that RV was lost in a fire. 2 years later, new RV, a window blew out on the freeway. They replaced it within a day. Happy with the work and customer service

I ve had New View do 2 BMWs for me now; my previous 328i and my newest M240i. It s amazing how difficult it is to find someone who will make a repair without damaging anything else in the process. When it comes to Tim s work, it looks perfect every time. Alignment is perfect, trim is reinstalled perfectly, no damage to pillars, headliner, or dash, no damage to paint, no chips in the hood, no damage to wiper trim. Everything looks as good as it left the factory (it even better, in my case) I don t trust a lot of companies, but New View is one I m always willing to hand the keys over to.
They got my new window quickly and I went there the next morning to get installed. Prices are fair, staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. The process went smoothly. I highly recommend getting service here.

They have a very friendly staff and more than met my expectations. I brought my motor home in to get six windows repaired the day before our vacation. They offered multiple ways and costs to repair them. They promised me theyd have it done by 5 PM that day and I was a little bit nervous about it. But, they called me at 4 PM and said come pick up my motor home. I have since sold that motor home and bought another one that has similar issues with the windows, and Im going back to them. I highly reccomend New View Auto Glass!
He couldnt solve my particular situation but offered me an alternative solution at no charge. People dont do that much these days. Hes earned my business and referrals going forward. Quality service usually means quality work!
New view had problems w my RV door glass continuing to fog up. At cost only to them they updated the door glass to laminate glass. A costly upgrade which they ate the cost for. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience with these guys. Came quickly, and technicians are completely knowledgeable. These guys do things the right way and do not take shortcuts. I would have given them 5 stars but the mirror adhesive they used to reattach my rearview mirror sometimes shakes (2 out of 10 of a shakiness scale). Its very slight but still noticeable to me as I pay very close attention to detail. I would recommend these guys to family/friends.
