Love this place. Great staff. Very helpful.
the staff is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. thanks alex and michael
A young gentleman kindly helped me install my new windshield wipers just before the storm rolled in so I could get home safely. He was so sweet and even showed me how to do it since I asked him to. The only thing I wish is that corporate allowed them to accept tips. Great customer service, thank you.
They hire people that lie and give customers fake accounts
I was looking for information about a paint color code and O, Reallys we'll inform'ed staff was able to help me with no problem.A team member refered me to a premier provider. O'Reilly's does not mix paint
Visited O'Reillys today to use code reader to diagnose vehicle. Long story short Clay helped me every step of the way. Even Loaned me a few tools I needed to get the job done. He is definitely an asset to the Company and I appreciate the Customer service he provided. From here on out O'Reillys will be my go to for as long as he is an employee. Thanks Clay
I really don’t why I continue to go here because ever time I go there it’s a 10 to 15 min. wait!!! It is convenient to my location so I keep hoping that it will change. Today I counted 7 employees and two of them were helping one customer, you mean it takes two to do what one should be able to do? I wait in line for 10 minutes while they went by pretending do something and would not look you in the eye. They all seem to like having conversations with the people even after they are done with their transaction. They are not rude, just lazy I guess!!! If you don’t mind waiting and don’t have better things to do, by all means enjoy but I actually have a life!!!
This place sucks. Management needs to figure out how to operate more than one register at a time. Several employees hanging out in the back but yet no one comes out to help with massive line stretching to the door. Go to Escalon Oreileys. They can shut this place down.
