Firestone Complete Auto Care in North Highlands

I want to start with I have been taking my vehicles to Firestone for probably 20 years (a few different locations over those years). I am thankful to have this one close to my work. Came out of work to a rim on the ground flat. I was able to put enough air in the tire with my portable compressor to drive it less than a mile to this location. It was 4:30pm and I had called ahead to make sure they could fit me in while the tire was inflating. I got there and they were able to take my car back right away. They were very kind and courteous and while they unfortunately couldn't patch the puncture in my 7.5 year old tire, they thankfully had a replacement on hand. They had me back on the road an hour after arrival. Thank you gentlemen!

They didn't inflate the new tires after installing em. And didn't recalibrate the tire pressure sensors. The tire inflation wasn't working where I regularly buy gas and so it took several days to get the tires recalibrated. The inflation warning device was working fine though.

I had a great experience at Firestone on Watt avenue, I got some tires at a great price, everyone there was positive and polite! Lanee was very positive and professional, I would definitely recommend family and friends to take there vehicles there!!!

Always, available to get an oil change without an appointment. Great costumer service.

Tried charging me $175 for a simple oil change. Went to Danny’s Auto motive and was charged 84.99 + tax. 20 min drive saves you a good sum of money.

The only thing you should do at Firestone is get your oil changed and wiper blades changed. If they give their repair recommendations don’t let them fix your car but take their suggestions to a professional mechanic that’s not an oil tech. I had a civic that head a leaking valve cover gasket and they fixed it, then there was a leak in my oil pan. They said they fixed but my car was leaking that whole weekend, everywhere I went I left small puddles. Brought it back said part of my engine was tightened. Then there was a leak in my main seal and rear seal that my mechanic near my place spotted. Took it back and I was sol and Firestone couldn’t touch it. They fought me on it and I was left hanging. DO NOT LET THEM OR ANY FIRESTONE DO MORE THAN OIL CHANGE OR WIPER BLADES. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF LIKE ME GO ABOVE THEM TO SOLVE WHAT THEY COULD NOT.

The service was good and staff was informative. My only issue is they didn't top my coolant off after pressure testing the system and I had to drive from there. Also, the up selling of unnecessary work like fuel system cleaning, filters, and ignition

The staff was very friendly, they kept me up to date with when my vehicle would be ready and they perfectly laid out any issues or concerns or potential repairs I'm gonna need in the future so I can be prepared.
