BG Auto Parts in Newman

These folks know cars! There's probably a dozen auto parts stores within about a 15 mile radius, but BG has actual expertise that most of the others lack. They accurately answer questions without waffling or hyperbole. They know what they're talking about. Straight answers, no BS! Additionally, their prices are fair! BG is an excellent auto parts store!

The best part house in town . I been doing business with BG for over 12 years and they always stand behind there parts with excellent service . Quality parts at reasonable prices . Buying cheap parts usually cost more down the line . Lol

Great please love supporting local shops. Prices are very reasonable customer service is great. Hometown environment. Quick ordering service if you need to order something comes in within at least one day.

Great friendly service . The staff is very experienced and doesn't hesitate to point in the right direction . Prices are very comparable to most chain auto parts stores if not cheaper . They keep a large inventory of parts which rivals that of many other places . They also make hydraulic hoses and air conditioning hoses .

I work at a competing auto parts store and called this store per customer request for a price match. Ron answered my call the first time and when I stated the vehicle information and part, he quickly replied with, "We don't have it. That customer already called and we don't got it." I replied, explaining to him that I understood that part was not in stock and simply needed a quote for the part. He didn't want to provide me with this information and just hung up on me. I attempted calling the store back a second time, someone answered and when I said "Hello" after a second of silence and no professional greeting, they hung up on me again. I had to call a third time, the associate recognized the number and when I reminded him what I needed, he still hesitated to give me simple prices for the parts. I told him I knew it needed to be ordered I only needed the prices for the two different options. He responded, non professionally and obviously just trying to get off the phone, with both of the prices. So simple, yet made so complicated. I didn't appreciate the attitude and lack of assistance I was met with by Ron at BG Auto Parts especially due to the fact that I was just trying my best to assist my customer.

Great service and good quality parts. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly.
