I had the worst experience ever, on Dec 5 2024 around 5pm I walked in to the store and three people over the counter, it was me and my friend came in to get new light bulbs, as i approach the register to ask for help they looked at each other and didn't make me feel like it was an auto part store it was like if I walked in to kmart, that trashy and not friendly no one and just awkward and not welcoming, Customer service doest go well with antisocialisim. I will continue going to other auto part stores i will continue going to other auto part stores instead
I don't recommend coming to this store if you have a motorhome. They seem unwilling to help full-time travelers and discriminate against campers. The store manager will even threaten to call the cops if you try to install parts on-site. If you're looking for professional service, the O'Reilly on Fremont Blvd and Mowry is much better.
Staff member go out of their way to help you! I had to replace spark plugs on my vehicle. They helped me find all the tools I need and even guided me on how to do it! Thank you!
Called looking for a part the girl who answered was Hispanic with a rude attitude, I asked for her name and she did not give it. I asked for the manager she claimed to be. Got. So irritated I hung up. So 😒

This place is the worst Brian and some lady not very professional. Very bad customer service. Next time it’s Advanced Auto or Allied Auto for me. Can I put less than 1 star
I had a little issue with my Lexus car. One of their staff member came outside to check the same. He helped to find a product on behalf of me and fixed it too. Very polite. I recommend this place if you want to buy car related products.
Went to take in used oil for recycling, the gentleman, who had an attitude the moment I walked in, told me they do NOT take the containers to which I replied that I had never had anyone tell me that since I have been bringing it in but ok. I asked if they take the oil contaminated items such as filters and rags, to which he replied that they don't take contaminated oil. I never said anything about contaminated oil. He continued to have an attitude and be disrespectful even after me telling him multiple times that I would take the containers back that I just wanted to be done so I could leave, telling me that if I had a problem I could speak to his manager. He finally took the oil back and when he brought the containers back to me he continued with his attitude and trying to get to speak to his manager and even brought me a card with contact information. He talked about me having an attitude with his coworkers and cursed as he walked to the back to dispose of the oil. All in all I will NOT be going to this store again. It was unprofessional.

Went in to have an alternator tested, the two workers in the store were talking about what food to get for lunch. They said the tester for alternators was not working, but they could sell me replacement.

Terrible service, someone who speaks Spanish helped me because I dont speak English and I asked him a question about something I couldnt find and he answered that what I see here is what there. In a very bleeding way. Its like he doesnt think hes being asked anything.

Orielly is the place to go if your experienced or inexperienced about cars and you need help. They carry almost all car parts in a range of prices.
Price match guarantee, manager is awesome and some of the staff. There are 2 guys there who dont know much. For example, think a thicker weight oil will stop a leak. Not sure if they even know what the difference is lol. Theres been a few times ive had unwarranted knowledge shared on subjects i know a lot about and i held my tounge. But the service is great and i prefer their products over autozone. Bettet quality as a whole. I recommend this place but talk to a mechanic before taking the 2 guys who work theres advice.
They have lots of parts however their staff does not know much about their stock. The staff is not very helpful and they can be rude.
Ed was my advisor, he is so friendly and very informative. I have a puncture and he said he will look into it hoping that it was in the middle so it could be repaired but when he took the tire off he showed me that it was on the outside and could not be repaired. Showed me the prices of the tires they had in stock and the price range. The new tire and fitting for a 2011Toyota Corolla came to $72
