Wheel Works in Mountain View

I’m disappointed with the level of service I received. While they did fix my flat tire properly, they failed to return the spare tire to its proper storage location. Instead, they just left it in the back of the car.. I expected a complete job, not just a quick fix.

The fact is I don't give five stars for anything. Steve, the manager there, was very informative, polite ,and patient with me. They went over everything that they needed to do. I didn't have any surprises. I had to lower end of my engine replaced for my Chevy because after I had it in for a service it seized we still haven't figured that out but that was 6,400 and then the air conditioning had done was another 2800. But I must say I think that they were very patient with me and that I wasn't overcharged for anything because it was all explained to me how much everything cost so I give him a four star like I said I sell them give five to anything.

I had an 11am appointment. I showed up on time and was told it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes to change four tires and align my truck. I took a walk and returned at 12:30. My truck hadn't been touched. They took all the walk ins and ignored my appointment. I drove back to work without new tires, wasting 2.5 hours of my time. Don't bother making an appointment. They don't care about their customers time. It was an $1800 job they lost in addition to my future business.

Exceptional service! Everyone is courteous greets you with a smile and keeps you informed of your vehicle maintenance. Always ready to address any issue or question. Wheel Works is my number one go too to service my vehicle. Job Well Done:)

I called early to find out information about a repair. They said would be able to do it and got me in right away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their efficiency. They also told me about other issues I'll need to address, showed me diagrams of exactly where those issues were and shared great information. Definitely worth it.

With a big morning rush, the front desk handled everyone professionally and quickly. The lobby for this location might be the best. Restroom, a standing desk, couch, chairs, plenty of space. The place is right next to a target too, if you wanted to spend some time waiting for a service to be completed. I will be coming back, because the Sunnyvale location is outta here, but mainly because the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Very good shop to service your car. Good people, good techs, taking good care of customer. They'll give you a good deal and make it right. Kinda hard to find these days... Kelvin, Stephen, Sal will get you going, as expeditiously as possible, always courteous, professional and very helpful. Tech Bruce (Lee) dialed in a proper alignment on Audi Q7(pretty finicky to get it right). Also this place is very clean and properly run. Waiting area has nice couch, Bathroom very clean)which tells a whole lot about this establishment). Very happy service, experience, price. Definitely highly recommended.

I have had to change my rating. Very disappointed From 5 star to 1 star. It’s already really difficult to trust repair shops and the fact that the hub caps on my wheels were not put back on correctly and the heads to the nozzles of my wheels were either damaged or lost. I don’t trust this place and won’t be doing further business with them. I had to take my car in because of a bad tire most likely needing a patch but the job was done poorly. I didn’t get my car back the way it was brought in.
