They are scam don’t pay my battery refund money . It’s been 1year dealing with this issue. I buy battery at Pape Kenworth Morgan hill , And battery has problems. When I return the battery. They don’t give my refund .

My starter solenoid failed. I took the truck in this morning and they started working on it right after lunch. They put in a new starter which turned out to be defective through no fault of their own so they put in another new starter and had me out of there by this afternoon. Wow! Nice people + nice work + quick turnaround = satisfied customer (me).

Recently we had 4 trucks we needed to rotate through their shop during one of our busiest times of the year. Martin understood our situation and helped get each truck in and out very quickly. Updated. It seems Bob in parts saw me walk in and was already making the call that he meant to make. It would have been nice to know that but he got the job done. I'm a regular customer and their pricing is fair. The parts counter people also know their business and that's key. Like many business they are short handed right now. I really, really appreciate the call to ask what they could do to improve.

Charged me $1700.00 for work and parts. Had to have the work redone when I got back to my yard in Florida. I have pictures of the below par work, plus the part they replaced was not bad. After being treated verbally rude by the service writer, and told to stand 15 feet away from the building. I have been an owner operator for 40 plus years, and will not go back or recommend. If I could give negative stars it would negative 10, on a scale of 1-10.

I had an excellent experience dealing with the folks at NorCal. Amazing staff & excellent customer service. I could not have asked for service and support better than this. I had to walk in for repairs without an appointments. The manger helped me with it and was able to accommodate me. They completed the repair on schedule and within the quote price.

My experience was very smooth. Dropped off my car there and my rental was ready. Returned the rental at the same location and picked up my car within a few days. Good as new. Receptionist was patient and friendly.
