I love working with Morgan Hill Glass on all my projects that require glass. They have done beautiful work on replacing old crank windows inside my home, a custom glass shower door for my master bathroom steam shower and the vanity mirrors for double vanities in the master. Marcella is super professional and responsive. She is very easy to coordinate with. Stephen and his team are remarkable at this craft. They care about the details and their work is beautiful. I've also had smaller projects like sliding screen doors that needed to get replaced. Quick turnaround and excellent customer service in their new showroom. I'm a happy customer!

I had a long skinny window screen get damaged requiring replacement. Being no stranger to re-screening I tried one of those "cut to size" DIY frames. It felt cheap and - not surprising - it was cheap and it bent. I was able to get a lovely frame made by Morgan Hill Glass Co. and just installed it. They quoted about 1-2 weeks and it was finished in I think 1-2 business days. Very happy!

Service is terrible and they don’t answer the phone. Ever. Requested an online quote in early May. Called, no answer. It took a week for anyone to respond by email, so I wrote back requesting someone come out to measure the sidelight. The earliest appointment was three weeks out. Finally someone came out to measure and give me a quote. He also promised someone would get back with me the next day. After two days I called and emailed. No response. A week later on a Friday I get a voice message saying I should call to review the order. It’s June 17th and I’m no closer to having the glass cut, much less installed. Their excuse? “We’re so busy.” Too busy to answer the phone or respond to an email? What kind of business is this?

As the final step of our bathroom remodel, we purchased a beautiful shower door from Morgan Hill Glass. They were great. Put our minds at ease with their professional installation and friendliness. Highly recommend you give them a call.

I needed a speciality cut of glass replaced and installed after the previous one was shattered and they were so helpful every step of the way! Plus, I’m always happy to support a family-owned and operated business.

I had two closet doors that needed mirrors replaced. I sent in photos of two doors. At first they recommended replacing the entire closet set from somewhere like Home Depot. For the quality the older doors were, to replace the entire FOUR door set would have cost me thousands!! I got back in touch, clarified how many doors there were and after sending in better photos/measurements, Kelli gave me two quotes - one for them coming out. The other if I brought my doors to the shop. Bummer, I don't have a truck. Kelli gave some great suggestions for cheap truck rentals. It was over two months later that I was able to drop my doors to them with a friend's truck. They did the doors in a day and a half, and were great as I borrowed again for pick up. With a smile, Leo helped me load and bungee, reassured my nerves that I'd be able to get them home without breaking them. Super great customer service! I've never replaced mirrors before, but the price was within my budget and I felt it was very fair for the quality repair I got. If I need any more work, I will definitely contact them. I am giving four stars only because they don't have weekend hours and it was tough on my schedule. If they had those, I'd give 10 stars. Highly recommend Morgan Hill Glass Co.
