It took longer than anticipated to service my car, but the dealership went the extra 500% to make the wait comfortable. I made new, great friends with the ladies in the front office. Other dealerships should send their employees here to train in customer service. Can’t say enough great things about this dealership and I drive 30-40 minutes from my home. And there is another Honda dealership within 15 minutes from my home. Whatever the highest rating is, Morgan Hill Honda and the front office ladies deserve it. I recommend a pay raise and more paid vacation days!

Everything was well until I got home and scrutinized my bill and did not see the $75 dollar credit for the coupon I brought in for the amount of service I had done? All work was done and on time as predicted. Won't make that mistake again.

Phenomenal customer service from intake (porter service) to service writer Sarah and concierge desk at checkout. Sarah very informative and kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle. Thank you again Sarah for going above and beyond expectations.

I took my Honda Civic in for service. I was told it would take approx. 2 hours. I was called within 50 minutes. I was very Happy with the time and service. Great Job Honda of Morgan Hill.

Dong, very quick and knowledgeable. Had to make another appointment and when I arrived he had the rental ready and I was in and out in 2p minutes. He kept me updated on an issue with a machine and stated it would be ready Friday. I appreciated him being prepared for my appointment and especially having the rental and all paperwork set.

Service person never called me back, I had to call back constantly. Was quoted 2k and when I was about to sign the quote was 1k more. They had to keep my car an extra day just to figure out what was wrong when it should’ve taken 5 minutes to find out the quote.

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill has won my business for several reasons. 3 plus years later one of biggest factors for me has been making the service process simple. Their team is helpful from intake, techs, service advisors and the service desk. Wayne is great, he’s thorough and checks in with you as needed. He’s gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during a longer than expected and more complicated repair. It made a huge difference when comparing my experiences at other service centers.

One phone call and Brandon takes care of everything I need with my cars. I’ve got two cars that I purchased there and Brandon takes care of all the servicing. It’s always fast quick efficient, very polite and professional and it’s always a pleasure to take my car to get taken care of.
