This was hands down the best experience I have ever had finding a vehicle. The staff was willing to work with me. Never once did they try to up sell me or make me buy ridiculous add ons. Ryan, Mike, and Josh knocked it out of the park with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and strait to the point. Terrible experience. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. They ran my credit after promising I’d be approved, only to later increase the price of the vehicle by over $5,000. After days of playing phone tag and getting strung along, they completely ghosted me. This place is dishonest and misleading—avoid them unless you want your credit run, false promises made, and the price of the car changed on you last minute.

I was able to get a service appointment within a few days, provided a ride back to my home, and offered a free rental when the repair took longer than expected. This experience was a big step up from my previous experiences at another dealer. Highly recommended!!

Average Customer Service. Communication is definitely an area for improvement. Dropped my Jeep off because of an Issue with the Remote Start not working. I had to call to get update and see if vehicle was ready to be picked up instead of being notify by dealer. The issue was resolved with no complications. Hopefully moving forward the communication will improve.

Was able to work through all concerns with their sales team. They had great service and worked hard to make us feel comfortable. Ulises helped save a lot of time on site by texting and talking on the phone through questions and concerns and even sent a very useful video he made. Great job and great deal! Thanks!

My experience with Morgan Hill Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram was phenomenal. My initial inquiry was responded to very quickly and when I went in last Saturday to take a look at the Jeep Wrangler I was interested in- it was a smooth process. When I came back on Sunday morning with my husband, I was clear on the payment I would be able to afford to make this purchase work for me. Jason, Sam and Wayne, all worked so hard to get us to the place we needed to be in order for this to happen.
