This is a very bad tire shop. The employees are very irresponsible and their service attitude is not good. The first time I came here to change tires, I made an appointment for a certain brand of tires, but the front desk lied to me that this brand was out of stock and suggested that I buy an expensive brand and sold me expensive tires. The second time they did a four-wheel alignment, they damaged my car and they didn't show any documents to prove how it was damaged. They didn't take any responsibility. The third time I made an appointment to change tires at 10 am, they told me it would be within three hours. Later, I waited for six hours and they told me that my car's turn hadn't started yet. They didn't give any explanation and their attitude was extremely bad. The management efficiency of this store is too low!
Beware!! Just got new tires here. Two valve caps were missing and the other two were mismatched, like they just found whatever random caps around the shop and put them on. They also tried to sell me a new battery and new brakes as their recommended service. I just got a new battery 3 weeks ago and new brakes a month ago. I don't even think they checked if I needed them because I know I didn't. Just because they recommend it, doesn't mean you need it.
I came here with an appointment and they still took almost 2 hrs to change my tire. So I wouldn’t come here if ur time is important to you. Also make sure to look at the receipts as I noticed they add all these hidden costs like tire disposal and tire installation package and state tire fee. I have never seen anyone charge me any of these fees before but I signed the paper and paid without looking at this.
Extremely slow service. It took them 2 and half hours to replace two front tires. All technicians move like snails. If they promise you 40 minutes, quadruple that estimate to at least 160 minutes. You get faster and better services at a private garage.
Wild place to say the least. 2 hours to get a tire changed when there were 4 mechanics and two empty bays. Brought my own tire to get it changed due to a flat, was asked for mileage of the vehicle. When asking how long the process would take was told about a Half hour. Come back from getting food they’re checking under my hood. Never knew a flat tire could come from my engine bay. Although the inspection was is greatly appreciated, an inspection should be done of the mechanics working on the vehicles, when the wheel installing was finally done and my spare was given back I noticed the hubcentric ring that’s supposed to go on my wheel was still in my trunk. When asking the mechanic if the wheel fit correctly they responded with Yup all good. The fact that there was an absolute chance they were going to let me drive off their lot with an unsafe installation of the wheel is INSANE. Was it my fault for not noticing the hubcentric ring of my after market wheel fell off when he grabbed it from my trunk, yes probably, is it the responsibility of the mechanic to ask if there is a needed adapter when the wheel isn’t sitting flush and properly? I’d say most definitely. Knowing it was installed incorrectly and saying “No Wonder it seemed off” after handing him the hubcentric ring is baffling. Never again. Unsafe experience.
Great place, great service. Just got new tires and an alignment done for reasonable price! Staff is down to earth! Free water and coffee and cable tv in the lobby. Got to watch a couple episodes of a show I enjoy watching while waiting for my car to be serviced. Car ended up in great shape and drives smoother Than ever! Definitely recommend this place
Very quick, very professional. They completed the work faster than they'd estimated. No one tried to sell me something I didn't need and I got good advice on when I should be thinking about replacing my remaining tires.
I had low tire pressure...I decided to stop by Just Tires. An employee greeted me and explained to me that my tire was badly damaged on the sidewall. He recommend a tire replacement instead. He explained the risks involved in driving a vehicle with a tire that was damaged. The employee was very informative and helped me decide which tire was best for my vehicle.
Turned my car away after telling me to come back the next day
So today had battery lost power .I was across the Street from the tire shop. I wasnt buying a tire ..the young man can outside with portable battery to jumpstart me ..what a fabulous gesture of kindness.And business related,I will never buy from any other locations..I am now a just tire life time costumer ...thanks young man again I returned home safely

First and foremost I d go to any business where Tracey is helping me with whatever I need done. She is personable, kind, and efficient. Never pushes extra add ons and a joy to be around. Stopped in this past Sunday morning around 8am and was definitely the highlight of my day. Because of Tracey, I ll specifically return to this Just Tires location when I need to replace my two back tires or any other car needs.

Its a disgusting place. The Mexicans there are of particularly poor quality. They are racist against Asians. Never come here to spend money.

Excellent service during an emergency
This is the slowest Just Tires store in the neighborhood. Most estimates for service require at least 3 hours of wait if not more.
Excellent service. Took my truck for an oil change. First time visiting, and had a great service. The manager was very courteous and professional.
Was told it would be about 45 minutes, then, was told it would be after the car on the rack, then another car was placed ..asked for my keys back ..went to pep boys. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO JUST TIRES!

Had a small private shop install new suspension on my jetta. Felt like something was loose, had them check the issue and got an alignment once i had the problem fixed.
Crew was super chill! Manager presented us with a rebate we didnt know we qualified for. Thanks fellas!

Do NOT come here for lyft or uber inspection they turned multiple cars away due to needing tires while I was there & I was also turned away. Saying I will fail. Why do I go get my car inspection else where and get a pass. They want to profit off of us drivers. I just bought brand new tires why would I need some. SCAM
Id give this place 10 stars if I could. I didnt have an appointment, but Sergio was able to put on a full set of new tires and change my TPMS sensors same day, less than 3 hours later. I had to go back to work while the car was left there, so I told him to check the alignment, and just go ahead and add it to the bill if my car needed it, fully expecting to be paying for the alignment whether my car needed it or not. Nope, he called me after the tires were installed and told me it didnt need it. Well then, consider me a loyal customer from now on!
Tracey was really helpful, nice, and efficient! I had a flat tire and she gave the option to try and fix the flat before getting a new tire replacement! Even though it wasn t fixable she was very nice in explaining the possibility in needing to replace. Would definitely come back if I need any other tires fixed!

Staff was helpful, well mannered, and professional. They made suggestions on repairs on my car and we re not pushy. There are hand sanitizer bottles around, require masks, and the chairs are separated from each other for social distancing purposes. I gladly waited on the premises a couple of hours and I knew my car was well taken care of. Thank you, Just Tired Staff :)

Just called to get an estimate in purchasing 4 Michelin tires and Damian the guy who answered the phone was so discouraging. The guy sounded like he didn t want to be there. He mumbled, it seemed like he didn t want to sell tires today. No thank you. If you sound like you don t want to work, not willing to do business with you. Thank you.

Very bad service, I went there for oil change and the male at the counter told me in a rude manner that they have no oil for the moment. This is the 2nd time that they gave me the same answer. I believe that Chevron is now my best option, little bit more expensive, but they are fast and friendly.
Charge too much for brake service. Fix a flat tire is ok. 20-30 minutes to fix a flat tire.

It was nice i just wish they put my step tire and jack back in place instead of leave it in the trunk. Just so you gus know the jack goes under the spare tire for some vehicles.
I went here last week because my tire light kept coming on and I wanted it checked. They inspected my tires and told me I need my front two tires changed and my back tire (the problem one) was being affected from my shocks needing to be replaced. Since I wasn t buying new tires that day, they sent me away and said they couldn t do anything til I got my shocks fixed. I just got back from another shop where they found a nail, patched it, and I am all set... with no sign of needing new shocks. Yes I need my front tires changed but this is the classic up selling to a female because they think we ll just listen to anything they say. I will NOT be getting my new front tires from here and just want to remind everyone to not just listen to anything a mechanic says. Do your research and take your car to multiple places before getting work done!
Clean, professional, great services
This place came as quite a surprise honestly. I woke up to a check tire pressure light in my car and was running late to work and because I have had flats before I took it to the used tire shop close to where I live and the guy promptly filled my tires with air stating it was the rear driver tire that was low. He also said it was time for me to buy new tires as my rear tires were down to no tread! So instead of buying them at the shop that sold used and refurbished tires, I looked online to investigate and was able to purchase four brand new tires through Goodyear. The internet allowed me to schedule an appointment and make the purchase in one visit, and Just Tires is an authorized installer of the Goodyear tires. My appointment was at 4:00 but I got in three hours early at 1:00 and without any lip service was told they would take care of me and sure enough I left with a completely aligned and balanced set of 4 brand new Goodyear tires, and all for under $300! I am so amazed and with Affirm, I was able to finance the entire transaction!
Avoid this place at all cost! Went in for a regular oil change ($100) they recommend a coolant flush which i refused. NEVER had issues with my car. My car now over heats and shakes. My car is not old and never had issues. I guess bc im a woman they wanted to take advantage of me. So disappointed. While waiting for my car to be done a man went in with this complaint. Will never return here!!!!! This place cant be trusted!

Ive been bringing my car to this place for 10 years. My wife now has started to come here too, even for her oil changes. If you got a flat, just take your car, drop it off and take an Uber home cuz even if theres only two customers in front of you youll be there at least an hour. On a Saturday morning I made a Sunday appointment at 10AM to get an oil change. I dropped it off at 9:45Am and got a call at 1PM that it was ready to pick up. I dont get the feeling the appointment made a difference on how quickly theyll work on the car, however by doing the appointment online I got $5.00 off the oil change. Just drop off your car and go do something. They close at 6PM so theyll tell you if they can complete the work before then or not.

The issue I have is having to wait 45 + minutes just to have 1 tire checked??? Apparently there is on 1 mechanic on duty at opening who does that???

I needed to have a tire repaired, I was told they will do it in about 40 minutes, one hour pass and my car was not even touched, I finally, ask for my keys back after one hour and 25 minutes and they just give them back without attempting to repair my tire or apologizing for the long wait (they were always two employees at the front desk doing nothing).

Save yourself time, money, and most importantly a headache! and just go to Walmart. Youll find the same tires for half the price, mounted and warranty. Thats what I did.
This place now has new management and NO longer has good customer service. Mario Jay, the new manager, is definitely NOT customer friendly. BAD experience with him. Dont think hes honest--proven by things he said that were not true. I had to prove him wrong and he still would not admit to it.

Purchased new tires, then noticed the psi reading on the dash display was no longer working. Took it to the Lexus dealer they told me a sensor was broken that is why its no longer reading the psi. Once I took my car back to Just tires they explained to me that my sensors are working but had no idea why the psi reading was not showing on my dash. According to Lexus the part cost 300$. The reading was fine until Just tires installed those tires
I showed up around 5pm on January 16. My left rare tire somehow went out of air. Then I found this place a block away from my house. When I showed up one young dude greeted me and kindly did my all four tier for free, but it was rainy so I insisted and paid the young dude 5 dollars for being so kind and doing everyone s tire for no money. They are just giving their time and work to the community around this place. I don t understand why people leave a bad review for this place. Be grateful and be a gen.

Bought tires from them twice that didnt last longer than a year. Kept bubbling and blowing out. Tow truck companies in the area discouraged me from returning, saying that they have heard similar stories and believe they are selling defective tires at full price.

Worst tire store Ive ever been to. I waited 51/2 hours for them to fix a simple flat tire. All the customers were complaining about something. It was awlful, Id rather walk than go back there!
My neighbor just told me I should come here to get the tires pumped up. It took me about 5 minutes in total and it was for free. Very fast and friendly! Thank you so much!

Ive been coming here for years, they are always so helpful and their service is top notch. From oil changes, tire rotation, shocks and struts to new tires I only come here. David is always so welcoming and so helpful.
This is the best service provider I have used. 1. Staff is always accessible, courteous & go out of their way for the customers. 2. Honesty - I can trust them not to cheat me like other service providers. 3. Dependability - Can depend on their opinions and work performed.
Came in with bolt in front tire 15 minutes before closing. Was on my way home from WestLA to Fontana. Not only did the repair my tire, but didnt charge me and thanked my for my service in the USMC. I thanked them for their support and left a tip to the repairman. For doing something so simple made me proud that there are people who appreciate the sacrifices our Vets do. Kudos and OOHRAH.
They take care of my car
There are bad eggs in this shop. This one guy forgot to rotate my tires and good thing I was watching the entire process. He didnt wear gloves and put greasy finger prints all over my car. He over-filled windshield wiper fluid and dripped oil on my front bumper. If this shop is your only choice and you care about your car, you should watch the process.

DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT! AVOID! We rolled into Just Tires with an almost flat tire and were talked into buying three new tires (one replacement of the flat and two replacements of other admittedly very worn tires). These appeared to be installed correctly. The problem was that they left the original flat tire on the car (after inflating) and replaced the other three tires. We discovered this about 100 miles later when the tire went flat again. Luckily we didnt die in a fiery wreck on the Grapevine. We tried calling this branch the same day (well before closing), and no one answered. We also reached out to the main Just Tires support and received no response. Save yourself the potential headache (or fiery death), and AVOID JUST TIRES AT ALL COSTS!
Was around the area and needed a quick tire fix since I had issue with my tire being flat out of nowhere so I came here. The mechanics here are very knowledge in regards to what they were doing. They told me the truth and what I needed to hear about how much things were going to cost and how long it was going to take. Price is pretty reasonable for patches and repair.
