USA Tire And Wheel in Modesto

This company gave me a great deal on all 4 tires, an alignment and 60k mile warranty. I got quotes at 4 other shops and they had the best deal.

Got a flat getting into Modesto. Thankfully USA tires was right there. Unfortunately, they sold me a cracked tire. I drove 3hrs to get here and this tire will not last longer than today. They should know better than to sell cracked tires. It’s dangerous and negligent on their part. Now I have to buy another tire to get home safely.

I had gotten a metal object stuck in my tire. Before taking it to USA tire I took it to another tire shop that told me I would need a new tire and that my tire was unpatchable. I didn't take their word for it so took it to USA tires after to see what they would say. I was happy that they were able to patch up my tire and send me on my way. They provided great pricing and customer service. I love how honest they were and weren't just trying to get me to buy a new tire like the other place.

My car was shaking on the road, so I pulled over to their shop and the guy said my cars balance was bad. My tires were also going bald, and the guy in the desk gave me a wonderful deal for the tires and alignment. My car drive perfectly smooth when I left and he even recommended me to a good shop to get new shocks. Recommended because good service and nice salesman.

Disappointed with Recent Service Experience My husband had previously visited and received great service for an alignment. Based on that experience, we both went recently to have tires we had purchased elsewhere put on and balanced. The technician performed a free brake check and informed us that one of our brake pads was cracked. We declined the service to replace the brake pads because my husband can handle that himself. However, a few hours later, while driving on the freeway, our car began shaking and vibrating. We took it to another wheel and tire shop, where they discovered that our wheels were not balanced at all. After they balanced the wheels, the car drove smoothly again. When my husband replaced the brake pads, he checked them all and found that none were cracked and they looked nearly new. The labor done here was subpar, and it felt like we paid them just to put the tires on without proper balancing or honest brake assessment.

They have the lowest prices in a new set of wheels, no bullshit prices but rather rock bottom deals

It was very crappy of you alli to tell me when I called at 5:30pm on 9/24/24 to bring my car down for a nail repair & it would be repaired, I told you I was on my way down your hrs say open until 6:30pm I got there at 5:45pm & your freaking closed what’s up with that. I mean who would do that to a female I can’t express enough the anger I’m feeling I wasted my time & my gas I couldn’t think any less of this business

This business is super fast and reliable. Very good prices compared to elsewhere and get the job done asap. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new tires or wheels!
