Good customer service, Juan was a very mivce and friendly. Cristina in the ph explain everything very clear. Store need and update and upgrade, it’s hard to wait long hours with just water service, small tv and chairs.

The woman at the front desk was informative and communicated updates about my vehicle through out the day. Definitely found my new service shop..

i was a customer having 3 vehicles served . the recent service well it sucked bad. all day until 630pm before i could get my truck back. was charged a stupid amount for checking low pressure sensor and diagnosed one was bad and an even stupider amount to fix. i already knew it was bad. then i was told a few hours into the job that the tech highly recommends 4 wheel alignment because something isn't right. i knew my truck tracked fine that's why i refused at write up, but maybe tech saw something off? add anther $180 unnecessary charge, wheels were align within .05 degrees, tech did nothing but check. then all the crap afterwards dealing with wheel works credit more gouging. never had i nor ever will experience that again. i will go elsewhere i don't care where. anything else would be better

The experience I received from staff is very nice and friendly, I am visiting same wheel works place for more than 2 years, I have very good satisfaction from the staff for both Allignment service and friendly ness. This time I had Bridgestone tires on my car , I felt that I am more of Bridgestone Family member.Now I had Bridgestone tires and the same tires was taking care by Bridgestone staff for keeping good Alignment and long life of my Tires.

We waited 6 hours for a wheel alignment. It could’ve been faster but the guy working there “overlooked” our case when the technician brought in the paperwork indicating the car was finished. We were waiting inside at that time already. The guy could’ve done more to check on our car since he obviously knew we have been waiting for a very long time and is already onsite. Such disappointment for this place.

Don’t waste your money at this place. They are trying to screw the customer and are very rude. Here is my experience: 1. I scheduled a service online on a Sunday afternoon 2. After reaching there I was greeted by a manager called Peter. He was initially ok but later he said I have to wait for 2 hours and there were 3 customers ahead of me. 3. This shows that their appointment system is a joke and they don’t respect customer’s time 4. The last straw was the condescending and rude attitude shown by Peter and his cheap staff members. 5. I asked about discount for thanksgiving and expressed that their prices were too expensive for a simple tire replacement service but Peter laughed sarcastically and asked me to come back on thanksgiving. He was very rude, unprofessional and frankly annoying. 6. This attitude won’t win them any customers. 7. In fact I heard Peter trying to swindle money out of various poor customers and up sell them on oil change, tire sensor change and other services. 8. Don’t use this wheel works location. The staff is downright unprofessional and vile. 9. I had really good experience with another Tire shop in Milpitas area take your business elsewhere.

Wheel works location with lots of parking, they are typically busy as usual but if you make an appointment online it is a seamless process. Their service is fast and top notch and won’t try to scam you. As long as you are respectful to them, they will be respectful to you. They are very understanding if people’s situations and will try to get you back on the road as safe as possible. Lot’s of waiting space or there is a starbucks across the street if you want to wait for your car.

Omg..the whole staff was awesome; especially Albert. I was totally stressed out because my car would not pass smog. The catalyst converter had to be replaced. A part quite costly. Albert helped me calm down, and guided me through the finance process. The other techs did a screening on my car, suggested other repairs, and now I'm happy. I'm very satisfied with the service that I received. On a previous visit, I took my car in for two new tires but they were nice enough to do a brake inspection which was not part of my original order and they found that I needed brake replacement so they were very attentive to my needs and I'm very grateful that everything went smoothly. The staff all of them were very nice and courteous. Very welcoming 😊
