Very bad experience. I buy used rav4 2020.engine ligt on after 2 day.i replace used car and buy new rav4 2025.they hungry man and 12000 of dollor loot my both car.extra waranty. Took my Rav4 in for a pretty good amount of work yesterday. Pulled in, dropped it off, and left in my rental 30 minutes later. The woman who helped me was polite and profession, her name eludes me but she had huge golden nails. The next day I was called twice with updates on the work in progress and shortly after they had informed me that my car was ready. I returned the rental and drove out of there with my car in fifteen minutes. This place is light years ahead of Capitol Toyota, though it isn't cheap. But you get what you pay for and I feel that my money was well spent.
This is the worst Toyota dealer service center in the area. Not kidding you. The service advisors pretend to be nice, but they are out to get you. They EVEN charge a service fee to use your credit card. They DO NOT offer any car wash, except on Wednesdays, which they will pretend to wash your car but don't actually do it. The dealer is super dusty because it is next to I-880. Please save your trouble and do not visit this scum of a dealer!
PLEASE beware!!! These people are money hungry and will scare you in any way to pay for their ridiculous prices! My car had a check engine light so I decided to come here to get it resolved. My service advisor initially charged me $298 for a multi-point inspection which I agreed upon. After 30 minutes of this “inspection”, they found out that there was 1 broken ignition coil and 4 spark plugs that needed to be replaced. With just these 2 REPAIRS, they were going to charge me $1700!!!! In addition, they also said that my brakes/rotors needed to be replaced for an additional $932. The total estimate came to ~$2600. WHAT ARE THESE PRICES?? Mind you, spark plugs are about $25/piece and ignition coils are around $100/piece elsewhere. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I already knew this was a complete scam. My car only had 1 broken ignition coil while the rest were fine and they wanted me to replace all 4??? We argued and I threatened to report him. He began wandering around for 10 minutes, came back, and decided to give me a “discount” on my multi-point inspection, which ended up being $149. What a joke! What does this tell you about the prices they are handing out? That it’s all a scam. I ended up only paying for the inspection and got my repairs done elsewhere for $300. My car no longer has any check engine lights nor any other issues. Save your precious time + money and take your car elsewhere.
Very bad experience with this service center. I live in Bakersfield Ca. Was on trip and my car gave me maintenance warning. So had to come here for oil change. But I found that staff here are trying to steal my money. My car had only 30k miles and they gave me attach report to change all tires for $1500. I was amazed that why my car with 30k miles need tire change and I declined to change it there. Next week I went to tire store in Bakersfield for better price to change tire and they told me my tire are good for another 15-20 k miles. And report I got from dealership is wrong. Also they gave another $2000 quote to perform another service and advisor scared me saying if those service are not performed than vehicle can suffer serious performance issues. But their prices are more than double than what I pay in Bakersfield. I decided to drive Bakersfield and get checked in there and they recommended not doing those services. Staff here are not customer oriented, but they are money oriented. They just want to steal your money by generating wrong reports and scaring you by wrong information. I would not recommend doing service here.
If you don’t schedule the first available morning slot, expect to be stuck there for over three hours! They promote a complimentary car wash on Wednesdays, but once the machine was down, and this time, they skipped it for no apparent reason, even though I requested it right from the start. To make matters worse, my agent was unavailable when I tried to follow up on why it wasn’t done.
Dishonest service center. I recently paid $$$$ here for repairs. I wish I had gone elsewhere and fact checked the quotes. As one of the many recommended maintainence items, I was told the tires need to be replaced. They had a buy 3 get 1 tire free offer that I took. I did have one brand new tire already on my car which they were going to leave in the trunk for me. They did not do that and advisor said they "lost" the tire. I asked for a refund(tire costed me $250) for which he said that isn't possible. I asked to speak with a manager who he said will call me back. Haven't received a call back or a refund. Do yourself a favor and take your business someplace else.
Don't go here and do not trust these guys. My first time here and I spoke to my service advisor for 15 minutes, then I took my car and left without having any service done. I was only getting regular maintenance done: oil change, tire rotation, tire alignment. The service advisor quoted me $390. Not only was that a ridiculous price I had never heard of, but I purchased my Toyota Corolla with a 3-year maintenance contract which means my maintenance is covered. He continued to give me a hard time and told me they only honor that contract with cars bought from their dealership. He treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about even though I had gotten service done and covered 6 months prior at another dealership. So, I left. I called the receptionist and she apologized and said she didn't know why he was giving me such a hard time because they do honor the maintenance contracts. I brought my car to Stress Free Auto Shop because they had good reviews on Yelp. First of all, they quoted me $156 (compared to $390) for the same services and they even called the 1-800 maintenance contract for me and made sure everything was good to go. Go here instead!

1. Very very expensive. Price to change control arm is 5,600$ !!!! Outside is 1500$. 2. As if charging exorbitant prices is not enough, they are adding 3% Credit card fees. Please try local mechanic for older vehicles before taking it here to this 5 star hotel.
Came here for regular multipoint inspection after purchasing a car here. Pleasantly surprised by the experience. Waiting area was neatly maintained and there was video report going through the inspection result from master mechanic who took care of my car. Courtney also took care of the second key fob order which has been lagging behind forever after the purchase.

Upon arrival, I promptly checked in, however, there was a slight delay of approximately 30 to 40 minutes before my vehicle was attended to. It was observed that individuals who arrived after me had their vehicles processed and retrieved prior to mine.
Came here for maintenance. They wanted to sell me Premium Fuel System Conditioner, Ethanol Fuel System Treatment and Frigi-Fresh Sanitizer Service for a total of $270. None of those three items are required according to the official maintenance guide. Smells like a rip off. When I declined those services two of the representatives kept pushing me to get it. After declining the total cost for maintenance was only $100.
do yourselves a favor and avoid getting service from this service center, they do not value your time, they do not value appointments. they handover appointments even though they do not have the capacity to service your vehicle. the service advisors here just give false information outright and are very hesitant to give proper information. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. 4 hours and counting for an oil change? ridiculous.
These guys are not good at honoring the deal they sign with their clients. The service is a rip off, they want to charge $300 to fix the trunk on a 2020 Rav4 that only goes up half way. And it wasnt until I looked at the car myself that I was able to fix it on my own through the HUD menu. I feel they take advantage of people if I didnt help my friend out she would be throwing her money away at this toyota. Theres so many issues I wont spend time putting them out there, we cant wait to stop going to this toyota I feel bad for my friend that she has to deal with a terrible dealership. If I wouldve known she was buying a new car I wouldve recommended where we buy all our cars, but this Toyota sold her a car and a bunch of lies and now that car is having engine problems and its only 4 years old. unless your buying a car with zero miles stear clear from this place.

I took my car in at Envision Toyota of Milpitas for break service due to the squeaking sounds every time I stepped on the break. After picking up my car, I listened to the squeaking sound while breaking, but I hadnt heard the sound again. Today my husband took the car in for a long drive, but he didnt hear the squeaking sounds anymore. I am pleased with the overall service from Envision Toyota of Milpitas. I am satisfied with the service given by the service consultant Purval and the technician who was able to fix the issue with my car. I will give them 5 stars. Just wish they wash my car. Lol.

I had a scheduled service appointment at Envision Toyota at 10:45 AM and arrived 10 minutes ahead of time. Observing through the glass wall, I noticed over 6 service managers engaged in idle conversation. After 15 minutes, a service manager attended to the car closest to the door, despite my earlier arrival. When I picked up my car at 2:30 PM, we discussed the recommendations. Despite a prior suggestion to replace the car air filter and cabin filter, the service only mentioned the fuel filter, costing about $250.00. Notably, my car was not washed, even though I had confirmed the offer of a free car wash on Wednesdays in two separate calls. When questioned, the service manager claimed he hadnt been informed. He requested an additional 45 minutes, and though inconvenient, I agreed. They essentially sprayed the car and returned it. The overall business operations seem poorly managed, customer service is lacking, and the integrity of maintenance services at Envision Toyota raises significant concerns. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership
The gentleman who helped me was nice and professional. The only problem was picking up my car I waited like 20 minutes in that tunnel and it was cold and people who got there after me got their car before me they need a better system.
Went for alignment at 11000 miles since vehicle was pulling left. Alignments on new vehicles under 12000 are covered if pulling left is due to that. However, since there was mud on the suspension, it became a paid alignment from free alignment. This is the first time I am hearing that having mud on your vehicle or driving on muddy dirt roads will void your alignment warranty. Since I did not want the tires chewed up, got it done, but will avoid this service center next time. Disappointed that a Tundra TRD Pro cant handle muddy dirt roads common in the rural west!!

I made an appointment online every time and set up an advisor, but the one I got was different every time. So what s the point of making an appointment?
I called Envision Toyota service center to get a quote for my Lexus maintenance. The service advisor (Patel) I spoke to was pretty rude. He seemed to be in a hurry and was probably speaking to another guest at the same time. He provided me a price range and outrightly refused my request to break down cost details. He seemed angry and hang up on me when I was still trying to ask for more details. I hope to talk to better staffs next time.
Which one of the service idiots here thought it would be fun to torque lug nuts to the point a 600 ft lb impact wrench cant even budge it.
Got my car with lug nuts tightened to the point that none of my impact drills even budged it. If they cant even tighten lug nuts properly I wouldnt trust them with any part of my car.

Always ask for msrp and never for monthly cost. They tried to sneak in the shipping and handling cost into the msrp after I said Im not paying it when its a company cost. It Went from 28500 to 29700 msrp when it came down to negotiating car price in order to not see the add on. Plus the website will never let you see the price adjustment. Mine was almost 8k increase onto of the 29700. With taxes and fees your looking at 42000 keep in mind this is with a above 720 credit and 5k down.

I told her it is usually around $90 at a different Toyota dealership. I left and called the same Toyota dealership I went to last time, and they said it s about $89 for an oil change. Why is there a big difference in price at 2 Toyota dealerships???
Make an appointment and be there. Enjoy big space resting during the engineer take care for your car. Also free coffee and hot chocolate served. Will choice this place next time.

Great service. The service advisors are polite and knowledgeable and the mechanics do a great job of doing whatever your vehicle is in for. They keep you updated on your service and if they find any issues at all minor or major they will let you know and advise to get things done asap or can wait.
Over charged me a lot of money $400 just for labor but the overall cost for parts was just $100 . Never going here again
charged me over 400 bucks to flush the brake fluid and didn t solve the problem of my car making weird sound when braking at all. End up replacing the breaker pad ourself and the problem get resolved. It is a joke that they will charge you 400+ for the service that resolve nothing. Also the technician told me he was to help me saving money by not replacing the brake pad, since it will cause over 600+, where I can get the brake pad from amazon for 20 bucks in 2023.

Feds have rates at 7% if the planets align and the Red Sea parts but you charge a $15k markup on a truck already overpriced at $70k? 15k is my mortgage for a year! I would have got the TRD Pro today had this markup not existed but I want one, I dont need one. No barometer to the current economic status. Theyll sell to a high risk that will default. 15k plus immediate depreciation driving off the lot and youre underwater minimum 20-25k. Ill let someone else be that fool. Not me. This places is not a good place to buy a vehicle I was going to buy a brand new Toyota Tacoma but they didn t have the color that I want so I reserved it the truck for when it comes to the dealer with $500 dollars deposit but I got tired to be waiting for a month and half and I decided to get My $500 dollars back but the sells manager didn t want to give me My money back I went 3 times be careful with these people because they will steal your money .

I went in at 8am to look for a sales person to help me find a new vehicle. Jake was the only salesman there at that time ready to go and a good head on his shoulders. Great service on my 2016 Camry. Replaced Radiator, transmission cooler. For preventive maintenance replaced water pump, thermostate and drive belt. I like to thank my service advisor Jasvir Singh for his great customer service.

Got my car maintenanced and when I picked it up, the tire pressure alert is on however the report stated the pressure is 35 and everything is fine. however, checking all the tires, only one is 36 and the other 3 are all under 30. What in the world is this???and the guy that pulled the car over for me should have definitely seen the alert since he drove the car to me and he didn t even think to fix this? On November 27th I took my Scion xb to Piercey Toyota for a check engine and traction lights diagnostic, they charge me $220.00Dollars for it they give me an estimate for $1954.99 Dollars to replace the oxigen sensor the camshaft assembly and the valve cover, I didnt fix it there I took my car home I bought the oxigen sensor for $68.00 Dollars replace it my self and the problem was fixed please do not take your cars there they want to sell you work your car doesnt need, they are thiefs, take your car to auto zone the diagnostics are free.
I ve been with this dealer for the past ten years, if not more. I got all my Toyotas here and serviced here. I had full confidence in them that I d spent every dollar they asked me to. Unfortunately, in recent years I feel there s a significant upselling going on here. Whatever service you do here, they d always tell you to do more in the name of making the best of your car. Once, twice, ok. But EVERY time? Nay, I think they are money hungry and the so-called advisor has a commission on your spendings. Besides, they seem to be short-staffed that you are likely to wait a while for anything - check-in, repairing, check out, etc. Also, you ll notice that when they pull your car out, they drive it recklessly. Well, 10+ years of loyalty, gotta say bye, especially that It s under the management. Good luck.

Date: 3/1/2022 Had a unpleasant encounter with two employees from this place. One of them was a guy in his 30s with ear plugs/ear spools/plug/flesh tunnels (a sort of earring which stretches your earlobe), another was a girl in her 30s who wear skinny jeans(Responsible for driving the cars to the service center) Dropped my car off for service for 5 minutes and then went into the office with the gentleman checking me in. Due to some issues, I cancelled my service and then proceeded to go and get my car. Waited for a couple minutes and my vehicle was out. Now I went into my car and I found out my keychain and keys were out in my cupholder. However, one of my two keychains were missing. I had two keychains stringing my keys, one was an EDC 2019 one and the other was an Offwhite keychain. Totally understandable that you would take off the keychains when you service a vehicle (which was what they told me). A short description of the Offwhite keychain, it is 3.5 inches long, 1 inch wide and is bright yellow. You can see it even in the dark, it glows in the dark. After I raised the issue with the two of them, the girl pretends to look in my car and asked things like Did you look under the car? One thing I don t understand is if you took off both of them together, why would one of them magically separate from the other? The girl then said she ll go and check over at the Carwash area, if I heard correctly. I then see the guy who s still in my line of sight looking at his phone I assume they re texting each other, doesn t make sense otherwise) A couple minutes later, the girl pulls up in a Turquoise Toyota Corolla, saying my Offwhite keychain was under ? the Corolla? What does this even mean? My two keychains which were together magically separated and one of them appeared in another car??? Anyways, I didn t make an issue at the scene but I still thought they were being dishonest but I didn t think it was something to complain to the management about, since I didn t have evidence that they stole my keychain. End of Story. Tldr: One part of two Keychains strung together magically separates. EDC keychain(worthless in price but priceless in memory) was returned in cupholder. Offwhite keychain (worth some money but worthless in memory) disappears and then reappears in another Toyota Corolla.

10k service with an appointment! Drove to the appointment line and waited 5 minutes or so in line and had a service worker come up to me and explain the process. Since my car was on the newer side, there wasnt much to explain and that I signed the authorization to work on my car and sat in lobby. They gave a small cafe of water, coffee and vending machines! Ive waited about 2 hours for the maintenance and then got an email. The weird part is that I was waiting in lobby the whole time but they decided to call my work. Their service is easy and painless! Thank you Patel for being cool and easy to work with!

I came here for regular 40k maintenance which is supposed to be around $120, but they ended up charging me $1000 for all the unnecessary services including Throttle Body Cleaning, Fuel Induction Service, FEI service, and 4 Wheel Alignment. Doing these dont really fixing any stuff. All of these additional services are not required by the Toyota factory at 45k. I basically got fooled by their salesman. I will not return to this service center again.
I followed their advice to replace the engine fire plug. The staff returned my car with check engine light on. And costed another 2 days to fix it. After 1 month, my car check engine light turns on again. Really disappointed experience. Wont go anymore.

I then called the phone number and talked to see if there is any any earlier apt. She looked and said no there is no other apt for you. i said thank you. I have Toyotas and a Honda; and after going to the nearby Honda dealership for simple services, this Toyota location is much more easier to work with and clear with what they do. People are knowledgeable and open, or at least more likely (I have had unpleasant experiences with some employees), and makes me more comfortable for overpaying for certain services.
The service can be a bit better. It seems that people that work with cars and ones that work with clients dont know what others do.
Good & quick service and advisor was clear with the process.
Ive owned 4 Toyotas and I love the brand, but Ive never experienced lies in the service log before as it happened at Piercey this week. I took my car for the 40,000k service and I was surprised when I received the check points that the brakes, tires and under the hood components where marked as FAIL-RED ( Im the only owner of the car and Ive done all services in Toyota dealerships so how is it possible that the car failed on these key components). I asked for details and I received a video by the technician explaining that the brake pads where under 3mm ( immediate replacement needed) the tires were under the thickness permitted, the alignment was needed ( I dont know how they determined this since the wheel pads were even) and brake fluid replacement too, plus a oil- carbon cleaning process with a quote of around $1,500 usd. I took immediately the car to tires change to Costco since there were not Michelin tires available at Piercey( I have a 1 year old daughter so I dont want to have any risk when driving). Today I took the car to the brakes specialist and they told me that no replacement was needed since the pads where at 5 and 6 mm on the front wheels (at leas 33% of life, 1 year aprox depending on driving patern). So in summary I lost 3 hours and paid $800 usd for an unneeded tire change due to a terrible advice from the Piercey Service Department. Dont waste your time and money here!
The best Costumer service! I ve had bad experience at other dealership service. I was so upset that I wanted to switch to Honda; however this location provided good the costumer service!
Staff are friendly and courteous ,explain what will be happening with your car. The staff listened to any concerns I had about the car and checked on my concerns. Highly recommend taking your Toyota here for service.
Worse maintenance service i ever had. Waited more than a hour to talk to their representative even i had an appointment.(And saw people came after you go before you.) And always feel like they just want to sale you more things here.
After scheduled maintenance/multipoint inspection which also included fluid topoff and checked coolant reservoir and it is at lowest level (although i told them before the service) Not trustworthy at all!!
