I have taken my cars to Precision Tune Auto Care for over 15 years because they are honest. I have gone to other mechanics who have obviously lied to me and told me I need to fix things that aren't broken, then gone to Precision who have told me the real story, along with photos of the problem and told me the truth about what is important to fix now and what can wait a few months. Because I moved, I now have to drive across town to get my cars serviced by them, but it's worth it.

My go to shop for regular maintenance of my 2014 Lexus. Always discounts for being a returning customer. Quick and never tries to add on random cost like other shops I’ve been too.

I have been coming to this location for work on my cars for the past 2 years and my experience here has always been great. Honest ownership, fast service, and reasonable prices. Recently had my alternator replaced and one of the bolts broke in the process. They sent constant updates and pictures of the repair and still completed the work on the same day. I highly recommend this shop and plan on continuing to come in the future!

I had a great experience with Precision Tune Auto Care as a customer. In December 2024, I asked for a change of motor oil. In June 2024, I had my motor oil changed. The price was within a reasonable range. I contacted Big O-Tires in Milpitas, California and inquired about the price of a motor oil change, which was $90.00 in June 2024 before I arrived at Precision Tune Auto Care. The staff was welcoming and the service was excellent during the turnover time. Precision Tune Auto Care are good on their word. The recommendation mentioned on my receipt for a motor oil service left me pleased.

Mathew and Carlos are honest guys. Great prices, professional crew. They service my Lexus Lx470 (Land Cruiser) and have been keeping the brakes, fluids and electrical up to date. I’m a loyal customer

Precision tune did provide a good service. When my Toyota Sienna mini van has a problem, the two vents at passenger side only come out hot air even A/C is on. The tech do a diagnostic test, found out the blend door actuator defect, he point out the cause of the problem within a short period of time.
