Kohl's in Marina

Kohls is an alright department store located in Marina. Their selection of mens fashion isnt impressive and many sizes are always available. I should also mention some of the styles of fashion being sold is downright crappy. Trying to locate a sales associate is also challeging and theres rarely anyone available to help. Kohls reminds me of Mervyns which went bankrupt several years back. Parking is not a problem and the store is easily accessible even for wheelchairs. Overall I think Kohls is an average department store that needs some improvement in customer service.

Nice shopping place for clothes, price is fair

The store is always clean, customer service is always pleasant & having Amazon return center on sight makes returns a breeze w/quick money back. Plus w/ the whole COVID situation its really nice to see the staff making the effort & taking the time to wipe down everything after each customer transaction! Its a lot of work but as a regular customer Im happy to be back into store shopping again & seeing the efforts bring made to keeping everyone safe. Thx

Your buyer who buys the clothes they need to change their thought process on what to buy. You have nothing in there for the ladies. Nothing elegant. Nothing pretty. Nothing feminine nothing. Youre going to go under. I understand why

Like I said in this store the only thing that I didnt like was the Raven display case on this store for being an expensive store and expensive glasses they were not display right they just look like they open the boxes and through the glasses on the glass display I think they should done a better job on display in the glasses since they were pretty mighty expensive but my sister still bought hers.

My wife and I were individually followed around the store under what seemed like some sort of surveillance. Were African American so its nothing new but as usual it just ruins the whole experience. Thankfully my wife is not as aware of these types of things so it usually goes unnoticed by her and therefore she has A much better experience than I do.

Wow, brick and mortar retail is really in trouble. Came into Kohls for the first time in like 5 years and it was amazing to see how bare the shelves were and what low stock they had in almost everything. Very few customers as well. Not good.

I love this store, but not the employee from customer service I was dealing with yesterday she was rude and didnt want to exchange my pants because I forgot my receipt I told her we could locate it by looking up my rewards number since it was a credit card charge But, she decided to say she couldnt so I asked her to hand me my pants back and she said no that she had to hold them because I didnt have a receipt so as soon as I asked for a manager she gave me my pants back and told me She wasnt going to exchange them for me so a young employee who heard everything offered to exchange them for me by looking up my phone number at the front register for an exchange same pant smaller size .. which took less then 3 minutes

Shopping at Kohl s in Marina was a great experience! I went late morning and the store was clean, organized, and most empty. This last aspect made for no waits for the Fitting Rooms or at the checkout. The sales rep at my checkout was extremely helpful in that she guided me through the various discounts and Kohl s cash and special flash sale day and anniversary day etc. For what I purchased I only paid a fraction of the listed prices which was also nice.

Love to shop here ,also to buy my niece a birthday gifts and nephews to a birthday gift.

Everytime I come here they have about 20 employees on the floor and one single cashier. This wouldn t be an issue if the line didn t back up or every transaction didn t take 10 minutes to complete. They ll be a line and the one cashier will be totally left on their own to deal with the line, which is unfair to the one person handling the public.

Being a new credit card holder & not being entirely familiar with the Kohl cash, awards, percentage off, etc., it was helpful to speak to the cashier who knew what oli qualified for.

I enjoying shopping at Kohls. The Manager/Supervisor at this location is very personable and helpful. She is always willing to help. I have not shopped in a minute at this location, but was pleasantly suprised and impressed by its new presentation or the restructuring of the entire store recently. The reorganization makes it easy moving through the store, very customer friendly.

Pretty clean store. Associates are scarce.

Was a great store to find some last minute Christmas gifts at. Clean, well organized, lots of parking.

This place is 89% out of business. No selection, no service, and the store is merchandise like it is going out of business. Too bad.

Unbelievably hot in the store that makes it uncomfortable to enjoy shopping in there. My daughter and I go in and leave as fast as we can instead of looking around. Sadly, its all the time we go in. Other than that, we enjoy Kohls.

Easy to access Kohls in Marina, CA. While we didnt shop (just had a return), the store was clean and the staff were very friendly.

This is a good kohls. Definitely the best clothes shopping experience around Monterey County. The returns/exchanges department can use some extra help though

Returned my Amazon package here. Super quick and easy! Also got a $5 coupon that enticed me to do some shopping.

Selection is limited

Great deals, actually cool clothes, and not crowded. What more could you ask for? Will certainly return when I need more casual or work clothes. The cashiers do need to calm on pushing the credit card, though Im sure thats the mangers doing.

Kohls cash is really cool. I dont always have the chance to use it because I dont go every week. Never very busy. Usually 1 or 2 people ahead of me in line .

A great place to shop for clothes! Store is very spacious giving customers enough space to keep a healthy distance from others while shopping there. Their staff are very professional and willing to help and make things easy for customers. Store also features some great deals from time to time. I only got to know this place through returning stuff to Amazon, and I loved being there.
