I usually don't leave reviews, but your Employee Aiden was so helpful! I purchased a battery for a 2017 GMC Acadia &he even installed it for me, It was pretty late in the PM and also raining. Aiden was very kind and had excellent customer service! Please give this man a raise! Thank you Aiden for your help, it was very appreciated!

I've gone to O'Reilly's Auto parts many many times they always seem to be able to order stuff if I need something in particular for my vehicle they even carry some of the parts already in stock! Meaning they don't even have to have to order it👍

I didn’t get the names of the crew that helped but I visited 3/25 around 230 pm and whoever was working that shift went above and beyond with helping me with my little vw Passat they took their time and were able to help me change my turn signal bulb and let me tell you my car is learning experience every time something needs to be fixed so thank you guys so much for not just giving up when you didn’t know how to go about the problem (don’t go to auto zone yall 🙃 go here 🙂)

Devin went ABOVE AND BEYOND assisting me and answering questions. He went online and found the exact part I needed, came to the car and helped me fix the headlight. Even gave me future diagnostic help. I will come back for all future car issues. Thanks for all the help!

Great helpful staff.. I would've given 5 stars, but the person had difficulty changing my wiper blades, as some can be tricky. Still, the gentleman was very nice and helpful with finding them in the system and picking them out for me. One of the more helpful places for Women. Thank you 🙂🙂

I was taken a back by your employees service named Alex. You rarely find customer service where an employee represents the business like its their own. Alex was so professional and extremely helpful. He was patient and made sure we had what we needed. I feel compelled to write this review because people like that deserve recognition. I hope he is appreciated there because he is the type of employee I would want working for me.
