They fixed my car and did a really good job

Been going here for a few years, and it's going down hill. Was told i needed to have mutiple parts replaced due to engine code. Agreed to the costs, but then after everything was installed, i get another phone call stating "Turns out, the real problem is the other parts that need to be replaced to fix the check engine light." Absolutely not. I paid the high fees and took my car elsewhere. I had no more problems after leaving. Diagnostic charge is insanely high for our area and labor fees are maxed out even if the project is less than an hour long. Will have to look for a new mechanic in my area. I no longer recommend this place.

I found Ruben on google and from the good reviews that were left for him and his employees in the shop. I needed a vacuum switching valve replaced a long with a timing adjustment for my 1994 Toyota 4Runner in order to pass smog. The shop they work like great surgeons but on vehicles they took there time and repaired my vehicle to top running condition. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who my need repairs.

Matt and staff always does an excellent job in making sure my autos are serviced properly, taking them to Ruben’s Automotive I know the job will be done right the first time. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a honest, reliable automotive shop for any of their auto needs.

These guys are honest, and they do really good work. We've been taking our Chevy suburban and Chevy Astro van here for three years now, and we've had no complaints. I highly recommend.

At first, Ruben comes off like a really nice, knowledgeable guy. After the repairs were completed on my car, I had issues with oil/transmission leaks which were part of the repair. He refused to take care of the problem citing that it was past the warranty time frame and I was out $1,500. I never write reviews online but this incident deserved it!! BEWARE of this shop!!
