Won't ever go here again! I recently bought my tires online and shipped them to this location for installation. I went to the store to drop off my car in the morning and I also asked them to do the oil change for my car. So, I get a call in the afternoon that the tires delivered were the wrong size. But, I asked them to double check as I knew I ordered the correct size. Then I was put on hold for a few mins and was told my tires were incorrectly installed onto another car and they will call the other person back and switch the tires. 😳. I am really not sure because the tires size of the other car was different. Also, how do you make sure that the person is careful enough to drive them properly! Then I take my car back late evening and after reaching home realize that the oil light is still on! Not even sure if the oil change was done properly! After I call them back they asked me to bring the car back to reset the oil light...really? No apologies nothing! Will never take my car back here again!

Jolion and the staff were courteous and diligent in their handling of my needs. (Tires and alignment) however, the waiting area seats are designed for 20 minutes of seating before you have to get up. And the complete installation and alignment took 2 1/2 hours.

Very friendly and thorough. Kept me informed on what actions were being taken and why. Also recommended other things that needed attention, but did not pressure me. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. If any other issues occur I will use them again.

Overall, it seems like an OK automobile service center. But just a few minor things at the end made me lose my trust and desire to ever go back. They told me that my windshield washer fluid was filled up as part of the oil change service, and it wasn’t. Likewise, they didn't even take the time to clean the windshield. And when asked if they could take a quick look at why the nozzle sprayer wasn’t dispensing any washer fluid they said I would have to come back for that. Yes, these are just nits, but to me it indicates their level of customer service. I don’t think I’ll go back.

I hit a pot hole, my rim cracked and bent. The vibration was Un-nerving. They thoroughly inspected photographed and documented the damage. Their expertise helped me drive with peace of mind after they balanced and aligned my wheels and tires it improved so I feel safer driving my car until in get my Rim and Tire replaced next week. Thankyou!

These guys were great! Came in from the road with a flat tire, were able to put a new one on fairly quickly. And this was on New Year’s Eve a little before closing. Very friendly and professional. They saved me! Definitely going back for my other tires.

These guys tried to gas light me and charge me double for these tires. Their website says $59.99 each but they want to sell it at $114 each. And their manager spoke so confidently that made me doubt my own eyes. But I didn't go for it because I wanted to come home and check again. Sure enough, I saw correctly. I called back and the guy that answered the phone (not the manager this time) tried to feed me a line of BS about that price not being the tire price but the low price guarantee.... Bro! Your website is showing the price. Wake up and don't waste people's time.

Easily 5 stars, I would give them 6 if I could. I've had so many problems with other tire shops and came here based on Google reviews. I can conform the quality of work that they do is the best in the south bay area. I had them install tires, wheels and performed an alignment and my truck drives better than it was new. If you want the best technicians and the best service this is the place to come to. Don't trust your vehicle or your safety to anyone else.
