I've been a customer for over 30 years! Several staff members are still there. Tom Leonardo, Jack and Chari have served my family's cars above and beyond! Tom's attention to customers needs is exceptional!!! Wouldn't go elsewhere for tires unless I had no choice.

Purchased new tires for my truck here mounted and balanced I go to a shop closer to my house to get rotated 5k miles later also tell them I fell vibrating on the highway have them rebalance my tires Goodyear was off on all 4 tires between 1.25 and 2.25 I paid close to 2k for this not happy and won’t be going back not even close do better

Great customer service. These guys greet you with a smile and look like they’re happy to see you come through the door. They do their best to get to you in a timely fashion. I really appreciate the way they handled my Small service requirement. They fixed a slow leak and earned my bigger business. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a boot in a tire on my truck and needed all new tires all around and a alignment. I went to my traditional place I've been going to for years, wheel works, but I have to say, their customer service has gone WAY down and their prices WAY up. I walked out of there frustrated and was driving home when I thought I'd pop in to Good Year here in LG to see what they were like and get a estimate. Wow was I impressed. Tom is awesome! I think he could sense my total irritation because damn did he put me at ease. Needless to say that by 12pm the next days I had new kicks on my 2500hd and alignment done and I was happy with the price. Thank you Tom and your team for your level of customer service and your good work. I'll be back and will refer as many people as I can to you guys and have already done so. Cheers!

Goodyear Auto Service in Los Gatos is amazing! My car was involved in a hit and run that destroyed my front end suspension. They diagnosed it upfront, unlike another shop I went to, and gave me a clear and honest assessment of the situation. Every interaction with their employees has been honest, professional, friendly, kind, and so very patient with me during a stressful time. Shari, Tom, Michael, and crew are amazing! I will definitely go back there for service.

Gerard Goodyear in Los Gatos is a great place to take your car for a variety of services. Tom Lonardo and his crew have been taking care of my family's automotive needs for close to 40 years. Awesome customer service and attention to detail that you can't get at other shops. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Gerard Gopdyear in Los Gatos. You will be happy you did.

We had a terrible experience with the LG Goodyear Auto Service this week. We were about to leave on a long trip to Portland for my son to start college. We found a nail in our tire as we were about to leave at 8am. We called the Goodyear office and he said they had 3 guys coming in at 10 and could fix it then if I brought in the car right away. We immediately went in, they looked at it, and we left it there. Then, worried, I called at noon, and was told we were definitely next, and it would take 30 min. We went in at 12:30 and it hadn't been started. It was only at that point that they told us that they don't have the tire in stock and couldn't fix it that day. So we burned 4 hours on a very important/emotional day. They are not trustworthy.
