This man is very helpful & knowledgeable. He explained very clearly a problem I'd never heard of - readying an engine for testing. He advised me well, but the preparation seemed impossible to do legally and no one, including the referee, would help. After 2 months of fighting it, I went back to him. Furious at the system, etc., etc. He didn't charge me for the second visit. He just ran it again & very kindly gave me instructions, again. Very understanding. I'm thankful, he has a great disposition & is quite patient. By going to the shop he referred me to, as he did the first time, I finished 1 module. They helped me finish another, tested the car & it passed. It's an annoyingly nonsensical process, but it worked.

Went for smog test on my lunch break, service was clear and quick (in and out in 15 minutes exactly). Price with smog certificate fee would have been $98 which is higher than I’m used to, was able to bring it down to $73 with a coupon from the website.

Website didn't list prices. Was quoted $98 for a 2016 Hyundai Sonata as reference. Did go here once when I was in a pinch with my older car. Very helpful.
