Recurring issue with pilot light on furnace being extinguished. ABC Service HVAC was kind to squeeze us onto the schedule towards the end of the day on the very same day that we called. Barely into the start of the two-hour window we had been scheduled for, the technician (Max) texted to let us know they were running a bit behind and would likely be towards the latter end of the scheduled window. A second text followed once they were on their way to our location with an updated arrival time. Max and the second technician with him were gracious and extremely kind in answering my very basic questions (What does a thermocouple do? How does it work?) as they replaced the thermocouple on the pilot component. This was a great service experience end-to-end, with expert technicians who were highly effective, efficient, kind, and considerate of our time in keeping us updated of their expected arrival time within the scheduled appointment window. ABC Service HVAC will be my first call for any future needs, and I will be asking for Max in the hope that he would be available.
Armen came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem to be the clogged drain line and fixed it, while clearly explaining what he was doing. I am very happy with the service and will consider ABC my first choice for any HVAC issues.
ABC Service provided excellent service and support. I called them late Wednesday afternoon and they sent Armen same day. Armen was prompt and was able to diagnose the problem with my wine coolers and microwave. I am amazed that Armen even showed up to finish the work on a SUNDAY. Fast appointment even during holiday, when other companies weren't even answering the phones. Tech was polite, diagnosed the issue in minutes, fixed it in minutes. We will definitely use them again if we ever have any issues.
Our AC suddenly stopped working in the evening, during heat wave. I called them around 8:30pm and they came to fix it the next day in the morning. The speed and service is impressive. I would definitely contact them again next time.
I’ve used them twice. Both times the technicians were able to fix the problems. I also like how easy it is to schedule an appointment online, and they respond to inquiries quickly. During the second service, my technician was running late because his previous appointment went longer than expected, but the customer service kept me posted with the status.
Contacted ABC on Sunday for a washer repair. We were receiving an error code and without even looking at the drain, the tech told us we needed a new part and it would be $350. The house call was $65 and before committing, my husband and I wanted to investigate. We took apart the back and saw the drain was clogged. Thought that would work but it didn't. Reached out to schedule the repair and they said they would be out on Monday, 6-8p. At 4:30p, they emailed and cancelled the appointment. They wanted to reschedule for the same window the next day. Two full days later without a repair and $65 lost. **Would like to add additional that the response from the owner is that the technician "got covid" and in the original email, the technician was "broken down." Maybe strive for honesty and transparency when cancelling.**
