My car was returned to me in near new condition. It seems to be perfectly restored. Dahlia kept me updated at every step an even delivered the car to me in the Sant Cruz mountains. Car was returned 1 or 2 days early. I totally recommend Caliber in Los Gatos

He fought with the insurance to get them to pay, proactively gave me regular updates and delivered the car right on time . Great service Alexander !!

Caliber Collision handled my claim with professionalism and care. I was rear-ended on the way to school drop-off, and coffee spilled all over my vehicle. My back bumper was damaged and part of it fell off. Dhalia was my claims manager, and she made sure to keep me updated and informed throughout the entire process. She even made sure to have my car detailed to take care of the coffee. One of the parts needed for my bumper replacement is back-ordered, so rather than make me wait to get my car back, they put on the slightly cracked piece and allowed me to take my car back for now. Once the part arrives, they will have me bring the car in to replace the cracked part. Seriously, this place was awesome and I highly recommend it to anybody needing their car fixed!

My daughter’s car got rear ended and the bumper needed to be repaired. Allstate recommended Caliber for the repair to be done. They kept me informed everyday by text and a phone call. Our car looks brand new. What’s so wonderful about Caliber is that they’re not just an auto repair center, they can also detail your car. Amazing service!
