I was calling around on Labor Day and very few places were open. This place had the best price and a longer warranty of 1YR. The other places had only 1 Month or 6 Months.

A great local shop to go buy a new rebuilt or used battery specific to your vehicle and within your budget. A mature lady recommended this place to me and my wife. It's holding better than that other shop on Lorena above 8th street.

I went here a few days of with the belief that I needed another battery since my starter supposedly was initially the problem and the lack of my vehicle staying on still persisted, immediately I was helped by Eddie he first checked my battery after a quick explanation of my issue then he was HONEST to let me know the battery was in good condition took it further to clean the post and carried it back to my car, cleaned the cables,installed it back and voila! turned back on like new!! I hate to believe I spent almost 400 for a starter when all along THAT wasn't the issue, if it wasn't for Eddie's honesty and caring concerned customer services I would've been again been taken advantage of. Kindly thank you for your incredible services Eddie! Truly appreciate you. This place has completely earned my respect and a future customer. BTW prices here are in 3 tiers And with guarantees, I personally Guarantee there's no other Place in town more affordable!

I was experiencing battery issues and went to Auto Zone for some help which ended up being a horrible experience. Although the workers meant good they were unfortunately inexperienced and broke my main fuse panel which caused me to be carless for 3 days. I googled local battery services and thankfully came across this location Super Star Batteries. I went to their shop on Monday 11/28/22 where Eddie took a look at my battery and guided me on what part I needed and how to purchase it online. Now let me tell you I called all the main car part facilities like O'Reilly's Auto Parts, Auto Zone, Napa, and Advanced Auto parts and neither of them offered the piece I needed. I called the dealer and it was going to cost $329 just for the piece!! Thankfully I came here where Eddie recommended where and how to get it, I ordered it and received it by today Wednesday 11/30/22. I stopped by hoping to get Eddie's help again but instead received the help from Reuben who was just as great. He installed the part correctly and had my car back up and running in no time. As many of us experience unexpected car problems it can be nerve wrecking figuring out where and how much it's going to cost. The gentlemen at Super Star Batteries not only helped me through the entire process but they ensured my battery was safely and properly placed which is more than I asked for. We need more people and businesses like Super Star Batteries that look out for you and aren't always focused on the profit or money but really care for others. You don't see enough of this hospitality in this type of industry so I'm really appreciative of their generosity and support! Thank you Reuben and Eddie for all your help! You guys came through for me in a tough & overwhelming time and I can't thank you both enough! I highly recommend this location for all your battery issues!
