I highly recommend this shop. They were nothing short of honest and professional. I came in for a non functioning ac system and gave me a same day thorough diagnosis and gave me my options as to how they could fix it for me. They were able to begin working within the next day and finished the same day. Everything went smooth and quick and they even gave me warranty on their parts and service. I will definitely be coming back when I have another issue. Hopefully not soon though!

I recently took my 2016 Hyundai Sonata to Certified Auto Tune-Up because it was overheating, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. When I first brought the car in, I was told they would do a diagnostic to pinpoint the exact issue. Initially, they found that the fuse box was the cause of the problem, so they ordered a replacement and installed it. Unfortunately, the new fuse box blew up, meaning the issue wasn’t solved. I was then called back to the shop, where they explained that the water pump was likely the real culprit and needed to be replaced. At this point, I was frustrated. I felt that doing a diagnostic should have helped them identify the problem more accurately from the start, and I wasn’t sure if they were just trying to run up the bill. I was also concerned about the cost, which was $1,600—especially considering my car is 10 years old. Despite my reservations, I decided to take a leap of faith and approve the water pump replacement, as I really needed the car. I picked up my car last Friday and drove it over the weekend to make sure the issue was resolved. To my surprise, the car felt like new! It was running smoothly, and the overheating issue was completely gone. A big shout-out to Valentino, the main mechanic, for doing such a great job, and to his helper Randy as well. It’s hard to find honest auto repair shops these days, and Certified Auto Tune-Up truly deserves recognition for their commitment to quality service

Great people and fair pricing, I went for AC Evacuation and recharge. I had done my AC compressor at home and I went back to get it recharged, the main owner was super chill and he had it done for me. I also saw how great there team is, they all work together to have great results in the cars they are working on. I really recommend this auto shop, the owner also said they do all types of work on vehicles. Thanks to them I have 100% ice cold AC
