They didn't have the part I needed (Cherokee XJ CKS) here or ANYWHERE nearby.. told me they could get it by 4pm but I found it cheaper at another nearby chain (wine, anyone?) and ready in 30 minutes. Employee were very friendly though!

Walked into Oreilly auto parts at 7:30 am to get a battery. My car was parked in my apt building 1 building away. Manager told me they couldnt leave the parking lot to replace the battery...Understandable. Told him that I would be back after work. Took an uber two and from work $100. Called TrippleAaa to jump my car after work, drove over to the store to buy said battery, then told "we cannot change the battery because its dark outside. Now im my im sitting outside of the store with a dead battery!!! POST YOUR RULES SOMEWHERE OR LET PEOPLE KNOW!!!! WASTE OF MY TIME
I flew back home from vacation and found my battery completely dead. My battery was in warranty for a replacement. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. No stress no mess, tested and replaced my battery less than 30 minutes. S/O to Sal for helping me out! A+++
