I NEVER write reviews, I thought I’d save you the burden of coming here… 3 rookie mistakes from management, down to the clerk working the counter. Jorge, the “top manager”, made the mistake of sending me to a different autozone(50 min away from this branch) to pick up a part… when he screwed up and had asked the part delivered to his branch. This was a waste of time of 6 hours driving back and forth, them telling me the part was going to be delivered by 5:30(only to make me wait another two hours until it was delivered at 7:30). All these simple mistakes compound and I have never been more flustered at the quality of service, IN MY LIFE. Whole day wasted thanks to you guys. Good job

This was the best experience. Staff was so professional and helpful. I have been driving around for 4 months with my front head light low but I could not afford the over $200 the dealership wanted to charge me to fix it. I paid $21.99 for the replacement light and the amazing employee, Daniel, replaced my light for me. He was so quick and positive and I'm so thankful to have this fixed without breaking the bank. If you need help with something at AutoZone, ask for Daniel at the 4851 W Pico location and he will do his best to help you out.

Top notch service here at the Pico location! I've been to dozens in my long life, seriously, not all operate like these guys. Young Nick & all the other workers go above & beyond in regards to customer service. The evening manager (sorry forgot his name) with the Silver Bmw is always helpful and that keeps me & my friends returning !!! Great job gentlemen, 5 stars all around.

RUDE! Came to return a jack. I was clear from very beginning that I tried using it and it was too heavy to use with my car. When the cashier spoke to his manager, the manager started acusing me that I was lying that it was never used! Ridiculous! Pathetic and overpriced store. This will be out of business in 2-3 years.

I had a great experience with Summer and Sandra were extremely helpful in replacing my battery. It was hot outside and my battery was super corroded. They did an incredible job with the condition my car was in. Thank you!!
