Their customer service over the phone is trash. Whoever takes the phone calls should be fired. Never in my 8 years in the automotive industry have I dealt with such an unprofessional rude employee. A young man took the phone call at the Los Alamitos NAPA location who blatantly did not want to help. I asked for a stock check on a specific item and was responded with a rude attitude the entire time. Took over 6 minutes to look up an item and I even had to ask if he was still on the line! What a ridiculous experience and a waste of time.
Great place overall! You can’t go wrong.
