Miller's Wheel Alignment and Brake Service in Long Beach

I don’t usually write reviews but after this experience, it just has to be said. I appreciate them for taking my car in with short notice but that’s as much as I’ll give them. They charged me $300 for diagnostics and then tried to charge me upwards to $700 to CHARGE my hybrid battery - even with that it didn’t guarantee that my car would be fixed. So they gave me the expectation that more will be charged in the future. Extremely overpriced and service was cold. Even after I expressed my frustrations on miscommunications and the overall pricing for everything so far, I was met with just shrugs, shaken heads, a swipe from my card, and that was that. It will be the first and last time they will see me. Hope they can do better for the next customer.

I got at the shop at exactly 8 am ℹ spent the day waiting on the repair and by half day the mechanic went for lonch and I keep asking. For status and the always have something to say and no body was working on my car and I was the first person when they opened. They don deserve a tip before was good but not anymore. Thanks guys my truck was having problems with steering they professionally diagnosed my trucks issue found it was the ball joints now the steering is great thanks team 👍

They made the wheels straight with the alignment but didnt do what I requested them to do before doing the wheel alignment. To even out the tie rods. So now I can only turn one side more then the other

In my opinion they overcharge and do poor quality work just look at all the 1 star reviews. They didn't even check their work I still had issues that I had to fix myself cause I would never let them touch my car again! Only went here due to other shops recommendation and for convenience sake, would never go back!!! I learned an expensive lesson, don't be like me!

I have to say that while on vacation, I got into a car accident and my car was pulling to the right. I was so worried that the frame was bent and the car was totaled so I took it to them to get inspected. They only charged $40 for the inspection which was so reasonable for the fix. Nevertheless, they were able to help me right then and there with no hassle within the same day. I was able save hundreds on returning the rental car and they made everything right again! I highly recommend them. Thank you Miller's Wheel Alignment, your service was truly invaluable.

No problems, their word was gold ON TIME ... Never played game on price .. thanks for everything
