HONEST, FRIENDLY, GOOD SERVICE... (Inside Seven Stars yard, ask security)

I replaced 1 pair of firestone tires for my tractor and did alignment in here. However, the tire only lasted for 2 1/2 months. My driver had to replace another tire on the road because it worn out too much. I called the shop to ask for the warranty of tires, but a woman in there told me that they will close for 2 weeks because of covid and she'll ask Firestone for me. So, I understand that I won't have an answer. I am very upset because I paid $1600 for 1 pair of tire that only lasted for 2 1/2 month. Bad quality for product as well as service.

First of all I want to say is THANK GOD I found Cali Align for years I have been going to different shops and mechanics trying to fix a steering problem my truck had I spent money and time but no one could find the problem some even told me that just simply the truck was to old and just buy a newer one. So finally I tried Cali Align really not expecting much because of past experiences but I was so happy I went to them because now my truck is driving like it should. Their customer service is excellent Gaby is so nice and professional she really tries to make sure you are happy with the work they do so you can be a really happy customer she is really patient too. Robert has something most of these mechanics don't have is patience to explain and tell you and show the problem that your vehicle has they don't pressure to do the job they just tell you and show you the work that needs to be done and you make your decision. Their prices are fair. Gaby and Robert and the rest of the team at Call Align THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND PATIENCE I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

I brought my Cascadia 2012 to get a full wheel alignment, best service in town. I bought 8 tires at a good price. They are very friendly and honest. You can call and speak to Gabby, before going I spoke to her for about 15 to 20 minutes and she didn't hesitate to answer all my questions before coming in Great Customer service. My truck is running very good. I highly recommend this shop.

I first went here after getting some brake and suspension work done on my truck. They were great they took me in showed me what they were doing. I ask for a three axle alignment but shortly afterwards they came over to me and honestly told me that I didn't need one. (Save $) So if you need to get an alignment stop by here. Honest people who treat you well!

They specialize more in wheel alignment and suspension, They also carry good quality tires. Their Alignment Techs are very honest they get straight to the point. I took a few of my trucks and Robert spend time explaining and showing me exactly what issues my trucks had I recommend this shop great and friendly customer service too.

Very reliable and great customer servise, Call and speak to Gabby she will give you as much information as you need. They carry high quality lazer computerized equipment for truck aligments.

I've been here several times. They have done a terrific job in wheel alignments. I work with a trucking company and this is our to go place for the company trucks. Their pricing is a steal. Highly recommended!
