Worst place ever! We were there for 2 hours and no one showed up!. Won't ever recommend.

They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.

Great customer service, professional mechanics, and all the guys were helpful and friendly. I got my brakes done and it was a great experience, same day service, and I was surprised at how cheap it was. Definitely going back for any other work I need done

Definitely recommend! I don’t think anyone likes having to visit the mechanic, especially women. I felt a lot more comfortable visiting this place than others. All of the employees were professional, yet approachable. The rates were reasonable and they were up front with quotes. Also, the place was clean with a spacious waiting area, tv, and coffee.

First time coming to the shop. The impala was making some nasty noises and I needed to get that serviced. I was recommended by a family friend and also the reviews on google were good so I was confident walking in. I was treated nicely from the moment I walked in until my car was finished. Price was fair, they fixed the issue, I left satisfied.

I am 55 years old and I have to say this the first time I went to a Auto repair shop and did not feel ripped off. These guys are the best. I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. They are very cautious and caring, Also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

Great auto repair and service shop. Car is fixed, price was decent, and I don't feel taken advantage of. As a matter of fact, I'm scheduling to take my other vehicle there as well. Their associate, James, was very knowledgeable, clear and precise in estimate and evaluation. I am comfortable driving my car again.

George is an awesome owner of this. Thanks to him he helped us work out the kinks and issues with our smog check. He was very welcoming and helpful. The service here is awesome the team were super nice made our visit simple and easy. Thank You Coast Auto Care keep up the great work.
