They were extremely flexible and willing to work with me to get my car fixed in a timely manner and at an amazing price! Very communicative and updated me throughout the process of fixing my dent and windshield.

Had my rear quarter panel repaired and painted which came out better then I anticipated. They provided the best price which was important to me since it was not covered by insurance. The work was completed as promised in a timely manner.

I have been trying for 4 days now just to get an estimate. i went to the office on my lunch break, i was told by kathryn she would get to me soon, i wasted my lunch break she never helped me, she wrote down on a post it paper, her name and number, and told me send photos. of the damaged vehicle. i sent them, i received no reply, i call numerous times for 3 days until i got a hold of kathern she said she gave me the land line # by accident, and that's why she didn't receive the pics of my car. she then said it would be hard to find replacements for certain parts of my car and would need more time before giving an estimate, I told her that I can find all the parts online in seconds. i even sent her links and shopping carts with these so called hard to find parts. her reply was beyond lame.(try that excuse with your special needs customers.. katheryn)The ONLY REASON I'm dealing with H&R is because a third party was paying for it in cash. i will easily find a better shop for that 3rd party to give their cash too. do not go here this place is a nightmare and a waste of time. do your customers a favor, and leave your kids at home! not in the office area you turn the place into a playground. wish i could give a negative star.

I tried fixing my car through an insurance claim for almost two months. I really tried to be patient given the great reviews but after exchanging emails, texts and 3 in person visits all I got was "I'll get to you soon". Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

They did a beautiful job on my front bumper and saved me from having to change my grill. Took them about a day and a 1/2 to fix, when I was originally quoted 4 days. My only complaint is when I received my car back the check engine light was on and it was running hot. So I had to take it to an EV mechanic and have them reconnect the wires correctly. Which cost me $150. Was $2200 for repairs, cash only.

This body shop did a great job on my car. I had my front bumper and part of my under carriage repaired. It looks brand new. I was able to get a better price than the body shop my insurance company recommended. I feel like I got a very fair and reasonable estimate. I recommend this shop. I brought it in Friday morning, and got my car back Saturday afternoon!
