04/15/24 I needed a battery for the car fob. There was one person ahead of me who was being helped. After a short wait, I asked if he could replace the battery. He was done after a few minutes. The price was reasonable. The customer service was excellent. I would be back when I need other batteries.

Great service over the phone and at the store. They were able to answer all of my questions over the phone before I went to the store and made me feel more comfortable about my purchase than the factory store for my ATV. Got to the store and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone saw me coming in with my old battery and said that he has my replacement battery right here, not even knowing if I was coming to the store to by a battery. Will be doing business with them for as long as they continue with the great service.
Incredible customer service both on the phone and in person at the store. We needed to upgrade our RV house battery. George explained all of our options and supervised the replacement/connection of our upgrade. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier, more helpful human being.
