I was greeted when I drove up. The 1st issue that happened was I was able to make an appointment for the services I needed but when I got there during to only 1 person working they couldn't complete the job. Which unbeknownst to me to me was a blessing in disguise. So I needed to leave my car for all services to be completed. I was quoted the price for 2 services and felt comfortable. The real issues was the next day when I was called to be told about the extra services that needed to be completed. They stated I needed a new battery and complete brakes. The service clerk used the words Im worried about your brakes and battery issue. I decline the service as they wanted to charges it's the amount for the service. No problem im not that gulabal. Here's the serious problem. I make an urgent appointment to have my brakes fixed because of the so called concern and come to find out my brakes are in GREAT condition. So now im concerned about ANYTHING this shop says that needs servicing. They will mislead their customers only to try for more money. I will never return as that's not the type of business I'd like to give my $ too.
I would give this place no stars if I could. My girl took her car here and they did the front brakes of a 2008 Toyota Yaris. They did the job for around $300. They then quoted her for her back brakes around the same cost. When she took her car there they broke Parts within the brakes. Told her she needed to replace shoes hardware and drums. And by the time all was said and done she was charged over $800. I could have done these brakes with parts for around $100. But we figured for $300 and for me to not have to deal with the hassle it would be a good deal. After receiving her quote from a very nice lady and bringing her car in for service she was then handled by a gentleman who felt that he needed to mark up price on parts so that she was paying $177 per drum for a 2008 Toyota Yaris.not to mention shoes and hardware that they marked up as well. Don't go here spare yourself from Mark up costs. That's not good business. Research your parts first or you may be sorry.
Excellent customer service. Stopped by with a nail in my tire and they were able to resolve my issue very quickly and got me back on the road. Front receptionist and tech who worked on the tire were very friendly.
I fell in love with the service provided by Tire Choice Auto Service Center; from day one they knew what my vehicle needed. Their prices are reasonable and they also offer payment options. I totally recommend them!
Jorge is an amazing customer service oriented manager, he and his crew work hard to make sure your vehicle is well taken care of. Jorge helped me with payment options when I found out 2 tires I purchased somewhere else were the wrong size, dealers choice not mine, due to that reason I will now need not take my vehicles into see Jorge and his staff.

This is the third time I visited, I always feel confident in the service .I searched for a certain tire and George was the only one in town who was able to order it for me , I was impressed. George also made me feel at ease about any work that should be done . He has a really good crew working there , they do excellent work . I am referring all my friends and family we are all working class people and when you’re on a budget getting brakes, tires , etc this place is the place . Everyone that works there is kind and courteous. George is an amazing person and easy to talk too, I always leave with a smile .
Specifically made an appointment over the phone for a check engine light. The guy scheduled me and didn’t say anything about diagnosis not being available on Sunday. When I come in for my appointment the lady at the desk says they only do diagnosis Tuesday through Saturday. Why would you waste my time driving over here on Sunday if you can’t do diagnosis until Tuesday? You should advise the customer on the phone of the available options. If you use a call center, they should be aware of your stores hours so they can provide accurate information.
