Great customer service! I went in looking for some rare trailer parts. They located them in their parts system and place on order. They came in the next day.
Very helpful staff. I called ahead and asked if they carried a certain item and they held it for me so when I got there it was ready to go. Not many parking spots but I don't think it gets too busy.

Ridiculously high prices staff was rude and inconsiderate to my vehicle when I politely asked for help. King back to get a refund and never returning again. Worst auto parts shop I’ve ever been to. They couldn’t give me free parts to be a repeat customer ever again or at all. Good thing Lemoore has 109 auto parts stores. Extremely disappointed in this ones quality of service and prices. If there was a half of a star rating on here I’d want to give it half of that. Thumbs down and if I wasn’t a respectful productive member of society then I’d have two middle fingers up.
Was recommended to come here from someone i trust, was treated poorly by an employee here. He left me and my kids outside to smell diesel exhaust while he chatted it up with someone else in the middle of 'helping' us, with no explanation or apology. Nor did he show us any sort of respect or any attempt to welcome us back when we left. Didn't expect him to be knowledgeable about the part i needed, but he didn't ask what the issue was or try troubleshooting anything with me. I expected more from this small business.
