I hope I have his name right, Oswaldo? I think, if not, sorry. But he is the tall Hispanic white guy. Anyways, he was so helpful. I think that all their employees are great, but he is the one that helped us today. Honestly, AutoZone reminds of how most American businesses used to be back in my days, great service and good prices. Their customer service is always a 10/10
Very rude employees, and the parts are expensive so it's not even worth it to buy here
Went into AutoZone at 9:05pm. The store was already closed, as I stood there a employee opened the door and said they closed at 9pm. I told them I had an emergency and that I just needed to buy a battery for my car. As soon as I said emergency the employee asked me to come inside so he can help me out. I needed the battery fast because I had a job interview early in the morning the next day. Thanks to your guy’s willingness I was able to get my battery and make it to my job interview on time… I ALSO GOT THE JOB!!!!!😁😁😁
Bought a battery twice. Came back for those two batteries hoping to get the warranty and they said they didn’t have it in their system. Don’t buy anything with warranty here it’ll be a waste of money and time.
Always have a great experience when I come in. Oswaldo is always friendly and very helpful.
I usually come to this AutoZone because is a block from my house. And since I like working on my cars (3) and usually work on family and friends cars (about 8) and sometimes family friends bring me cars every weekend, I usually send them all there just in case if a part was bought incorrectly, I can go there and swap it with the receipt. One thing I learned this AutoZone hires, inexperience people to give you a part that you need. So whether you DIY or a vehicle buying parts for your car, so I mechanic work on it, I wouldn’t trust them to know what they’re talking about. Most occasions the people that I sent they are told “take this see if it fits” when is not even close to what they need. No, I usually never like to write reviews. I know for a fact that as humans we all make mistakes, but this time, I just got tired of the manager.Yasmin for some reason when a client calls to speak to a manager, she automatically always put a tone like she is bothered to hear why is a customer satisfied. I stand by with my review because I haven’t got a call back from her supervisor or from the regional office. I think everybody should just go to O’Reillys the employees there are usually people with experience with cars. I O’Reillys I have asked him questions that I know the answer to just to see if I can trust what they’re telling me.
