I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed and tire service here today Michael and his wife were very friendly and professional. I appreciated the honest communication I got through out the service from Michael and a worker named Nick they both explained everything clearly I am especially thankful to Michael for the discount I was given for the services I received today highly needed ! I do suggest them for your car services.

I came in for oil change and they showed me the last person who changed the oil (not Speedy) stripped the oil pan thread. Francisco showed me and they were able to replace it. I didn’t expect it, but when I went to pay, the owner Michael had been updated on my situation from Francisco, they gave me a new drain plug for free, and discount on the oil change. The new owners are great! Thank you all.

Went for a Diagnostic check and ended waiting 2 hours watching them ignore my car to instead service Amazon Trucks so make sure there’s none on the company lot before you ask for anything other than an Oil Change or you’ll be waiting for hours. By the time I was fed up and decided to leave I was told they “didn’t see” my paperwork and to come back later if I had more time. I was not offered a single apology and while I was waiting nobody kept me updated or told me it would take so long. Again DO NOT go here if there are Amazon vehicles currently on the lot you WILL be ignored.

Loved everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with today. I’m usually not in charge of taking in the car, so I was a mess but everyone made me feel okay, and explained everything for me. Thank you so much! Will come back without worries! :)

Only place I’ve gone to in years, The last change I was told my drain plug was shaved off and pieces of metal are in the oil pan, due to over tightening or uneven tightening…”who did the last change?” They did. Now they want to charge me all this money for the fix on something they caused. Told me they’ll fix it the next time I come in. They put the same half plug back on, been leaking like crazy. Found a new Oil changer.

I hate this place! Took my car there for an oil change and paid for the most expensive one and turns out they didn’t even change the oil and I drove it like that and messed my car up . DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE FOR AN OIL CHNAGE ! They should be shut down.

I came here for a simple oil change, and they BROKE MY WINDSHIELD!! In my opinion, NO RESPONSIBILITY was taken for their actions, and WAY OVERPRICED for an Oil Change. DO NOT COME HERE!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!! Asked them if they would help pay for the broken windshield THEY CAUSED and they said NO WAY. I have to give one star because I have too. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Worst place ever they put oil in my coolant reservoir.and denied they did it.to top it off no freaking oil in the engine but a new filter that's it 120 dollar...city of Hollister beware of people who can't do a simple job might as well stay home why apply at a job you cant do.city of Hollister beware they are scammers and will rip you off.i recorded my flush system and everything else is trash because of this place
