Sunlite Auto Glass in Hollister

Bad customer service, seem to not value new customers as I tried calling multiple times and visit in person, in which I was waiting for 20 minutes while they sit in their garage waiting for some reason. Decided to leave and go to other service. Do not recommend if you want fast and easy service.

They were able to get me in on super short notice. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgable and they repaired the windshield in less than 30 minutes.

Scheduled an appointment with Sunlite. They told me one day but scheduled the appointment for a different day. The technician had no idea I why I was there which explains why he didn't immediately greet me and welcome me. He came off quite standoffish but understandably so, I wasn't on his books. He did not have a windshield for me. Womp! Womp! A thumbs down experience.

They were very helpful, gave me a quote and gave me an appointment the next day. I had window tinting removed and they did a great job. Their shop is just behind the car wash to the left.

Definitely recommend. My first time getting tint on my 2022 Hyundai and they were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would come back again for my next vehicle.
