Unfortunately all the lights on my vehicle came up. I was unable to get my vehicle in my usual place but when I called Briganti’s and explained what happened. They got my vehicle in right away. I am incredibly Thankful for getting things taken care of.

As a commuter, leaving to work at 6am with transmission oil leaking under my car was not fun. My boyfriend brought my car into Briganti’s while I took his car to work and I called them later today to check in. Mel was extremely professional, honest and helpful. He gave me a detailed overview of my situation, went ahead and helped me out by putting a gasket into the hole in which oil was leaking out of without asking so that my car would be drivable even if we decided to take my car elsewhere, gave me a fair price and ordered a part before I called. He even stayed overtime so I could pick up my car after work. Everything was ready the same day and he was super friendly. Great experience, 10/10!
