Gave me the wrong part even when I gave them the Make Model and Year of the car then they wouldn’t let me return the 02 sensor because I put a little bit of grease on the threads it could of easily been whipped off. I went to the Napa in Gilroy and they refunded me for the part no problem, Complete waste of time.

Don’t waste your time dealing with this store! Bad service trying to exchange a three month old defective battery that has a three year warranty. I brought the battery in because it would not hold a charge from day one. They told me that I would have to bring it back fully charged. So I fully charged it with a charger I bought from them, and brought it back fully charged. Guess what? Then they said I would have to bring it back after it has died so they can tell what the problem is. Really?? The salesman said that they are a mom & pop owned business and can’t just make exchanges. Really? This is a $319. Optima Red top Battery with a three year warranty. Poor quality old stock I’m guessing. The battery tested only 64% brand new and will never hold a charge above that. I don’t appreciate being blown off as if I don’t know anything about batteries. In fact I know quite a bit, and their runaround over the exchange makes no sense. I won’t be going back to Napa auto parts in Hollister ca for any reason!!

Best place to get parts for my truck. If they don't know the answer to a question they'll work hard to find an answer for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they make a mistake they'll fix it for you immediately. Thank you to all the staff here for all the help with getting me the parts I need and be professional and courteous while doing so.

Super friendly and helpful staff. If they don't have what you need they will get it for you or suggest where you can go. Small town service at it's best. They don't treat women like idiots which is much appreciated. Prices are fair, comparable to other auto shops.

They guys here are extremely helpful. I walked in explaining (poorly) some issues I was having with a car at home and they took the time to look up troubleshooting with me. Then they suggested I utilize their free battery check service to help rule certain things out before I started spending money. That's service right there. They care about the customer more than just making a sale.

The guys who work here are great. This is the third place I called today to find a battery, and by far the most helpful. I spoke to Phillip , very friendly, he assured me he had the battery I needed in stock. When I went into the store, all three gentleman greeted me and we're friendly and smiling. They noticed I had a AAA card in my wallet and told me they could offer me a discount using it!! I saved an additional $13! Thank you for the great customer service!

Good sturdy American made auto parts. Nice people, informative staff, competitively priced, and i rarely have to come back a second time because the part i got was the wrong one, like many of the other parts stores. They will get them delivered if not stocked, usually the same day. One major drawback: get your parts by Friday at 5pm because they ARE NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKEND and that can be a problem.
