Have been going to this place for many years, and have been generally happy with their service. BUT, I'm really disappointed with my last oil change on Sat 03/15/2025. Didn't drive the car much until Mon 03/17/2025. On my way to work the skid plate was coming loose scraping on the freeway! I was able to get another shop to fix it in place using zip ties. But on Tues 03/18/2025 when I stopped by to informed them about the skid plate, I was told "it's common with Hondas". I've owned 4 Honda civics, never had this issue. I didn't appreciate that this was taken lightly, that I had to drive the car at-risk, or that I had to follow-up with Firestone again. I was told they can try to fit in some clips and screws this Sat 03/22/2025, so now I have to go back again for the 3rd time in one week.
Great customer service! I came in without an appointment to fix my sun visor. The gentleman was so kind to fix the problem which took a bit time when it was fairly busy. Very friendly and helpful. 10/10

Great service! I got a flat tire and was able to bring my car in same-day to get new rear tires. The service was completed within a couple hours and Saul, Xavier, and Tim were all very pleasant to work with!
I want to give a shout out to employee Mr Tim. He was thorough on the work being performed on my Ford F-150 ‘91This was last week. Today he cleared up my hose lines that connects to waterline for the windshield. Overall I’ve always had good service at Firestone. Not cheap but it is well worth it.A good piece of mind.👌👍
Customer Service is great here. Honestly, over due with a 5 Star Review. Everything is always explained in detailed, which is why I keep coming back. I went during a busy Sunday morning and I was still given great customer service by Tim, which normally is hard to find, now a days. Tim explained to me the promotions I qualified for; I didn’t feel rush even though it was busy. He made the experience very personable. Xavier has helped me in the past and he is also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
Made an appointment, but it was for a Saturday, which theyre notoriously busy on the weekends. I was pleasantly surprised that Tim was working that day and that made me feel better, as I knew my car would get fixed right. Tim is great about explaining what needs to be done and communicating while the service is being done. Ill continue to bring my car to this location as long as Tim is working there.
Horrible. I made an appointment for 10am, for a simple oil change and arrived early at 9:03am. After browsing the mall and returned to see the progress , my car was still in the same place in front of the waiting area. It s 12:45 pm now. I was so pissed , I requested my keys and took my vehicle. Service desk guy said you re up next , you still want your keys ? l m like , what do you think. I made an appointment for 10am not 12:45.This is my 2nd horrible experience with them. Will not be going back there EVER !

I had my tires replaced here instead of my usual trusted mechanic because of a time crunch and they damaged my TPMS sensor resulting in a leak and a flat. When I found it I took it to my regular spot for a patch as I assumed tire damage, but my mechanic found no punctures, and instead a damaged sensor that had been reinstalled. When I called Firestone they told me that since I hadn t taken it to them first they would take no responsibility for the damage and blamed my mechanic. This is a great reminder for me to avoid chains like Firestone and go to my regular local small businesses that do good work and don t try to blame other people for their mistakes.
Tim knew exactly what was wrong with my car without inspecting it. Super friendly and nice. Xavier talked with me for a few minutes and he was so nice and friendly.
Came for a tire replacement early Fri afternoon. Previously had 3 replaced at this location. Reasonable price. In & Out in 30 mins this time. Friendly service, Suitably impressed.

I was late 10-15 min for my appointment. I was outta there in about an hour. Didnt try to upsell anything and gave me legit recommendations on maintenance. Only issue is the picture of my specs before and after was a bit blurry. Otherwise would recommend

Came here for a couple of oil changes before but never during thanksgiving week and they were super busy. Long story short they turned what could ve been a bad experience into a great one. Got a rental from Hertz and they gave me a car with a nail in the tire! Came here with a voucher and Tim was so nice and helpful! It was a very frustrating situation but Tim was a great help! Would definitely come back!
It is a suspisus upselling. I made reservation for a regular oil change. When I checked in, the customer service clerk offered me high mileage oil or synthetic oil which comes with much higher price. The clerk said his is out of regular oil (????)

DO NOT GIVE HAYWARD FIRESTONE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. I made an appointment online for an alignment. There were different time slots available since it was just under two weeks in advance. I received an email stating my appointment had been changed. I called up the store and asked if I can move my appointment to a later time since I was not able to get there at 2pm in the middle of the day. I had originally made the request for the appointment for 4pm since I might be able to leave work a little early. When I called the person who answered said they would not be able to accommodate any later times on that day. I said ok no problem what day can I come in around 4pm. This person said we don t take alignments after 2pm because we get busy. I mean every business in America gets busy. Why would you been open? Would it not be so you can get busy. Disrespectful to peoples intelligence really. Alignments take 30-60 min especially when they ask online is the alignment you currently have bad or ok. I get if it s bad there is more then make a few camber adjustments then maybe 1.5 -2hrs. Clearly an ok alignment doesn t take that long unless you are being lazy. My cousin was a GM for a Big O Tires for a long time before retiring and use to visit his shop quite often. I m hyper aware how long an alignment takes especially it s in ok condition already. Don t really understand their policy if the website lets you pick times around 4-5pm. I asked the person why would they treat customer so harshly since people work 9-5 typically and are already hard up needing car service. People come to get there car worked on because they typically are in a bad situation. Some people can afford to take days off work but most people can t. This stores policy is specific to this store and frankly is trash just like the Hayward store. How can a company refuse to let people make appointments that does not suit their needs. Please don t give this location any of your business they don t deserve your hard earned money and don t respect you as a guest. I called the Newark store up and asked if I could make a 4pm appointment for the same day and the guy kind of laughed a little because he thought I wanted an appointment this same day, like today. After I explained this wouldn t be until 10 days later and he laughed a little he graciously took my appointment. I never understand why business think they are to busy to help people we literally keep their lights on. Very bad Hayward location. Do not give this location any business. Going to call corporate to make sure they understand what kind of reputation they are being associated with the Firestone name and brand. Just because you got the franchise don t mean you can treat customers like they don t matter. Do not reach out or respond to this message Hayward Firestone you are as garbage as your 2pm policy hope you get your stuff together

Tim and Julio went above and beyond my expectations. Their service was fast, concise, accurate and clear. They made recommendations that were honest and suggestions that made sense. I traveled from Oakdale to see these guys because of how good they are. Without a doubt, best in the Bay!!!! New visit: Tim was incredibly transparent and honest. He was able to complete the agreed upon job at a very reasonable price and there was no surprise charges. The job was complete before his estimated time for completion. When the suggestions came through my email and I read over them, he gladly showed me on the car what they were recommending and why. He was not pushy and took the time to help me understand the reasons for the recommendations. He is insanely knowledgeable and an all around exceptional employee. Anyone with any sense of good business sense would realize that this is the guy you want on your team. He and his coworkers clearly get along well...and there is a great sense of synergy here. I will absolutely be baklck and will only go somewhere else when going to his shop is not an option.
I arrived 10-15 minutes before they closed and Tim still gladly helped me. I needed to replace a headlight bulb and only wanted to get an estimate of how much the job would cost but Tim was kind enough to replace it right away. Thank you!

I had work done an wasnt to happy with Firestone. I noticed I had a leak so I stopped by Firestone to see if it was related to the work they did. The manager Tim said he wanted to talk to me about what happened that upset me. He said his goal was to change how I felt an try to make things right. I dropped the car off an about 2 hours later it was done and I could pick it up. I had a couple of hoses to the power steering fluid that needed new clamps and he replaced the clamps. Fixed it all and handed me the key. I really appreciate him trying to make things right and taking care of the problem. I was very happy I stopped in an talked to Tim. He made everything so much better an I am now very happy.
Every time I go in now, I am welcome. They take time and tell me what needs to be done and how long it probably take this time. I came in for oil change. I was in and out specially after work doing a 12 hour shift ready to go to bed.

Very disappointed. I had my catalytic converter changed here last year on August 7th of 2023. Here it is September 2024 and the catalytic converter has a Crack. I called and was told your warranty is over. Terrible service. Never do business with firestone of any location. My car sat at the Broadway location in Oakland for a month to be sent here for a failed catalytic converter a year and a month later. Fraudulent business.

My wife took her car to get her tire rod changed a couple of months ago and they quoted her a certain amount, when the car got serviced this Firestone upcharged her $300. My wife was explaining to them that wasnt the quoted amount and they told her it was more expensive than we expected. It was a back and forth argument to the point where I had to come in and then they started telling me that they mislabeled the tire rod part and thats why it was more expensive. They changed it within 2 minutes. Today my aunt went in to replace her tire because there was a nail in it. She realized they put on the wrong tire and called to ask if she can come back in for them to fix their mistake. They told her at least you didnt crash and proceeded to tell her it wasnt their fault and they shouldnt have to fix the mistake for free.
Got in and out WAY quicker than at Costco Tire Center. Yes, it did cost me a couple hundred more than Costco, but it was all completed in less than a day without an appointment, and the can do an alignment!

Made an online appointment, and Tim the service manager read my comments completely. Tim made sure my requests were able to be completed prior to him confirming my appointment. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I waited in store, and was kept posted about the status of my vehicle. They did not try to oversell their services. I highly recommend Tim and this location.
I just want to thank Tim and the crew at Firestone. I came in for a random flat repair. The wait was over 2 hrs, Tim was able to get me in and out before that time and fix my tire. I was having a hectic day already but his services made my day so much better. Thank you. Great customer service.
I feel that the services requested, provided, and recommended were fairly priced and executed. There was no haggling or back and forth pressure to convince me to have service performed. They did what they said they would, told me what should be done next, and how to schedule them in order of importance. Trust is earned, not given, and the techs represented by Xavier and Pedro took a huge step forward earning my trust.
I came in early morning for an AC diagnostic. In the end I have some parts I need to replace before I can get my AC recharged and fixed. I like that they called me out to the car to Show me proof of what they found and why they can t just do a recharge. Peace of mind they found what I paid for the service. The lobby was clean. Could use more sofa chairs quit a few people waiting and it is a big store. Their restroom was fantastic! Clean, Smelt great and was tidy, mopped, with plenty of toilet paper. Loved the free phone chargers my phone almost died, until I saw the free charging station cool looking die hard battery charger. I walked on over to Denny s to eat breakfast and kill time then came back over to walk the mall and then wait. They were nice and respectful the staff and kept my interior clean also. Definitely coming back. Their price was cheaper than other smaller dedicated shops nearby. I paid $49.99 here other places were charging $130 for an AC diagnostic. I m satisfied with the service.

Great experience as always from Firestone. Came in on a Sunday before they opened because I was told it was first come first serve at this location. Was checked in at 9 for an oil change and rotation and I am in my car leaving at 1030. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. In depth inspection revealed things I was not aware of and gave me a repair quote right away. They offer a military discount as well. Thank you for everything!
Brought my Tesla model 3 here to get an alignment since Tesla dealership offers ridiculous estimates. Best decision i made. They were extremely fast and informative. The manager Tim was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and did a while inspection of the car. I got a lifetime unlimited alignment adjustments for 2/3 of the price Tesla was offering for ONE alignment
Would not honor lifetime alignment package I purchased from the closed-down Mission location. They told me they could not find any record of my purchase. They would not accept an email reminder stating that I had lifetime service as proof. Later, I called customer service, who easily found my invoice and transaction by looking up my email phone number and make and model. The Mission and Oakland locations never had this issue. As I was able to get this information fairly easily later, why couldnt the store? As I cannot rely on them to honor my purchase agreements, I will no longer be using Firestone. Keep your receipts, folks.. keep your receipts until you die, apparently.
These guys are the absolute worst. Totally unqualified mechanics. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle anywhere else but here. I bought a truck here they told me it had a blown head gasket. I took the truck to Ford it was a $20 coolant line and fixed in 10 minutes. They should just fire everybody here

Super helpful. We walked right in and he took a look and said they d try to fix my tire within an hour. I came back and the tire was patched and functional within 45 minutes.
I had an appointment for 12:00 and was told the car would be ready at 1:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I get a ride from work at 4:45 and was told they had broken the housing for my oil filter so hadn t changed the oil. They didn t call just left the car sitting. It is now 5:45, they close in 15 minutes. Unprofessional.

Worst place to get maintenance done on you car. They blew up my motor only at 115k miles with oil leaking light on meaning running my car without the full amount of oil please don t make the wrong decision I made by coming here and save yourself 5k
This location normally leaves Sunday s open for walk in s so I called around 2pm to see if they had time for an oil change. They said no but they could make an appointment for Monday at 11am. I showed up at 10:45am on Monday and they said I would have to leave it and that I didn t have an appointment. So they booked me appointment for next week. If this wasn t a fleet vehicle, I would never go back.

BEWARE OF FAKE UP CHARGE: My father went here in May 2023 and was told he had a nail in his brand new tier. He went back to where he got his tiers to have his warranty take care of the tier and they found NO NAIL.
Terrible counter service... We have a national fleet group that has us use their service centers for our full-size work trucks. They performed great service in the past. However, they do not put big trucks on a rack anymore. Our last service there was about mid Jan. of 2023. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, fluid fill, and tire rotation. The younger service counter clerk was anything but helpful. He told me to go to Jackson Ave. to a supposed affiliate. I asked if he could call over and announce me because I had a scheduled appointment with him to begin with. He was very short, but I let it go. I went to my truck and tried to Google the mentioned affiliate, and nothing came up. I grabbed my last receipt from them and waited in line again as he was with another customer. Although busy, he did address me in line. I asked if they still could perform an oil change at the minimum. Which was a no. I honestly didnt know if they had a sub level work station or not like most lube places. I told him the one he mentioned is not coming up on any search and asked for a phone number. He told me it was new. He seemed put off to perform any type of service and still short with me as he was looking in his phone, I asked if I did anything to offend him as I meant to make apologies. He said go find the place myself. I told him he has a boss to answer to plus expletive. This is the rub... After driving up and down Jackson Ave. there were Wheel Works, Tire Pros, and a AAA service just off of Jackson. Just what I politely asked was to avoid a goose chase especially for something that didnt even exist. If that was my employee he would be home working on his resume.
Theyre very busy, yet took the time to check out my car after hitting a deer. Called me and ordered parts so I didnt have to wait there all day. I am from out of state and just made vacation a day longer.
I have so far always had a pleasant experience. All of the workers were attentive and greeted me right away to see how they could help. I needed air and they sent someone out to check the tires and put air.

I took my car for brakes work and they told me it didn t need it. They worked on something else paid $1200 and my car came out of their shop with a weird noise that wasn t doing when I took the car in. Took it back and the mechanic told me that he heard the noise but it wasn t nothing they did. I ended up taking the car to another shop because they told me my brajes were bad and Firestone checked my brakes and told me they were good. Very dissatisfied and I spent a lot of money with them since I always took my cars there. I feel I should get compensated from them since they don t know what their doing. My car was not making any noise when I took it in and came out with a very bad noise that they couldn t figure out what it was.
The cashier let me know they only had two service techs so it would be a while and they would probably not be able to fix it the same day. So I expected to be there a while and headed over to the mall very conveniently close by! The two hours I had to wait passed quickly. They let me know there was nothing wrong. I am so grateful for the free inspection and the trustworthiness for them to say there s really nothing wrong!

Refused me service because me 1/2 ton pickup truck was too big, which would have been believable had they not had a full size Mercedes Sprinter Van on their lift. This place is not full service.
I recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter at Firestone Complete Auto Care, all thanks to an employee named Tim. His rude and inconsiderate behavior, characterized by an aggressive and demanding attitude, left me feeling disrespected and utterly disappointed in the level of service provided by Firestone. Upon entering the store, I was immediately approached by Tim, who wasted no time in confronting me with a demanding question: What are you here for? His tone and demeanor were completely uncalled for, as I had barely stepped foot inside and hadnt even had a chance to explain my purpose for visiting. I expected to be greeted with courtesy and professionalism, but all I received was hostility. However, when I hesitated to respond to Tims direct question, he abruptly declared that he couldnt assist me and insisted that I leave the store. His unwillingness to help simply because I didnt answer his question immediately was both unprofessional and unwarranted. It is not the responsibility of a customer to comply with a demanding tone; instead, it is the employees duty to provide assistance and guidance. When I attempted to inform Tim that I had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM, he dismissively stated, That isnt what I asked you. His condescending tone and apparent lack of respect made me feel belittled and demeaned. It is unacceptable for an employee to treat customers in such a derogatory manner, as it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I made an effort to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment to Tim, but he exhibited no interest in addressing my concerns or rectifying the situation. His complete lack of empathy and customer service skills further deepened my frustration and dissatisfaction with Firestone Complete Auto Care. Firestone Complete Auto Care must take immediate action to address the behavior of employees like Tim, ensuring that they adhere to professional standards and treat customers with the respect they deserve. Customers entrust their vehicles and safety to Firestone, and it is disheartening to encounter such disrespectful and unhelpful behavior from an employee. In conclusion, my experience with Tim at Firestone Complete Auto Care was utterly unacceptable. His rude and demanding demeanor, coupled with his refusal to assist me and his condescending attitude, left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning whether I should ever return to Firestone for any future automotive needs. Firestone must prioritize customer service and customer satisfaction or risk losing more customers due to such appalling behavior.
I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and after being on hold for 20 mins, the man told me they don t do appointments for oil changes because it s quick, just drop it off. I ve made appointments at this location before but this man refused to make me my appointment. So I went in at 7:00am to drop off my car for a simple oil change- right when it opened and the store was empty- and it still took more than 6 hours to get my car back. This is the exact reason why I requested to book an appointment. Do not tell customers it s going to be quick and then waste their whole day- be honest and transparent about the service being provided. On top of that, the customer service and front desk can be very rude and hostile when one asks simple questions about the service and charges. Overall, I do not recommend this location- save yourself time and peace of mind.

Terrible customer service with Harvier! I called about my car pick up to verify how much and scheduled a time. He doesnt allow u to speak an hang up on me mid sentence. I called bak to ask the question I was asking when he cut me off.. he got rude with the maam an say you werent talking and hang up again! I WILL HAVE A MAJOR COMPLAINT WHEN I GO PICK UP MY CAR.

Showed up @ the time of my appointment to have the special $29 oil change as Ive done before only to be told that my car requires ... full synthetic @ $140. Even then it was going to be a 2 to 3 hour estimated wait. The service and price used to be great at the old location. update: 11/29/23 after doing some research... in Firestones defense and contrary to the manufacturers claim that synthetic oil is not required I have discovered that SAE 0-20 oil is not available. continuing to take Firestone to task I have an account, you know the make, model and year of my vehicle, it seems that a warning message issued from the website would be a good idea. (P.S. I worked in the IT field for 30 years. its not rocket science) given that I was able to take advantage of the $29 oil change special on this very car about a year ago it makes me wonder what was installed. more later after I locate the invoice.
Tim was great. Despite coming in near the end of closing hours, he assisted me quickly and effectively. Was able to schedule me the following morning to get my tire fixed. Patched my tire today, Wednesday. Staff was also quick and effective. Straight to business. Reccomend this Tire Shop.
Last here 8months ago for an oil change and it came out today 117$ for an oil change! They didnt ask me what kind of oil I wanted they just gave the most expensive synthetic oil change and no refund or change offered! Front desk is dumb too busy talking about video games with his coworkers

I got a flat tire on the exits ramp and drove into Firestone almost on my rim 20 minutes before closing and the team was able to get me in and change my tires before closing.. Great team appreciate the wonderful service

Had an appointment for oil change for 9am, the guy at counter told me it would be few hours to do a 15 minute oil change. What is the point of having an appointment if youre not willing to work on the car at the time of the appointment. If other cars you work on first then you shouldnt have accepted appointment request. Also, Jiffy lube did it for $30 cheaper and in 15 minutes.

Absolute jerks. Called ahead and Julio said come on by and we ll take care of you. Drove across town and when we arrived he said we have to leave the car to have a tire repaired. I this upset me that this was not what they told me on the phone. Tim called me Karen and to go away. I have been a long time customer and have two vehicles with long term agreements and have never been treated with such disrespect.
Tim is fantastic. Have gotten my Tesla aligned, Mercedes fixed, Tesla fixed, all at a reasonable price and done fantastically. Highly recommend

I been on hold for 25mins. The person who answered literally said hold please as soon as he answered. Didnt even wait for me to reply lol and thats fine if its an emergency an he had to take care of something but Ive had no update. I was going to purchase 2 tires and recently moved to this area but guess Ill be giving my business to another shop instead.
Made an eight am appointment. My car went in at 915. At 1030 they were not done with the tires at 1130 they returned my car worst the alignment was made worst by the technician

Firestone, located in front of SouthLand mall, Hayward, gave me the worst service today. Having an appointment, I showed up at 7:30AM and asked the manager how long the oil change would take. He replied that it was an hour or less, but it turned out that the technician took my car to the shop (45 minutes later) until 8:00: 15. Having been the first customer of the day, I was the last to be served. The car was delivered to me 1 minute before 11:00AM. For a simple oil change there I lost 3 1/2 hours of my time. All the clients who came to the workshop after me, there were no longer any because they had all already been attended to. No more Firestone for me. I recommend the public not to look to Firestone for its services, because it is useless. There are many other places that serve quickly and without an appointment and may charge cheaper. Got a car in in the lied about the time not good service
Why have an appointment if they dont care about your time? Came in for a 2 oclock alignment appointment and was told it would take about an hour to 90 minutes. Came back at 3:00 car hadnt moved. He said give them another hour to 90 minutes.. its now 4:10 and my car never even got seen. The shop closes at 5, so now i get some rushed job? No thank you. Done wasting my time for a corporation that doesnt care. Nobody seemed to care that i had a 2 oclock appointment, left a really bad taste in my mouth, very unprofessional. I reccomend saving some money by paying cash to the local shops who actually value your money over get your time wasted by some big corporation.
Visited Firestone Southland Mall on Sunday Aug 7 for an oil change (drop in) and they said yes only if they had until 5pm. They were short staffed and couldnt finish my car til 545pm (they closed at 5pm). I appreciated them working over to complete but when I asked about my fluids being topped off, the cashier said yes they were and I told him my washer fluid was bone dry. Then he told me to pull around to the first bay to have it checked. When I did, the 2nd cashier looked confused as to why I was there and when I told him what the other cashier said, he gladly filled up my washer fluid to the top and gave me an updated reminder sticker. Even tho they were short handed, the cashiers did a great job servicing all the customers the best they could. Hopefully they get the qualified applicants needed to run their business.

Will never go here again. Called ahead to make sure they could do the work, had my truck towed there, they agreed to a price and two days later called to tell me they wouldn t do the work. No explanation given. I wasted a lot of money having my truck towed twice and was not treated well at all.

Called to this center for scheduling an appointment. A person picked the call and put me on hold for 15 mins. Then I cut the call and called them back. Same story again. After 20 mins of hold on second call, the person removed the hold and said no appointments for next 1 week. He should have said that after picking the first call itself and I should have not wasted my 35 mins. There are number of other providers near by who do car services.

Double check their work I asked for an alignment and had to go back in and get the alignment report because they forgot to give it to me I asked for two new tires on the front of the car they put them on the back

Im still waiting for a 20min battery change. Its has been two hours now.
Called at noon said id be there at 3-4 for a oil change and a tire patch since i ran over a nail. Came in asked if i had a appointment but on the phone they said just to walk in .. said it would be done at 6 .. 2 hours for a tire patch and oil change.i came back at 6 the car was parked thought it was done they just moved it didnt work on it at all then said it would be 2 more hours. So 4 hours to do a oil change and tire patch. This was so unprofessional and inconvenient waste of time dont come here they dont care about your time.

This location does good work consistently and has a great inspection. The issue is how long they take, even a basic oil change requires you to leave your car for 6-8 hours. I once asked them to change a headlight for me, and they said it would take 4 hours. Jiffylube completed the work for me in 30 seconds. I don t understand their logic for requiring appointments hours ahead of time when they don t actually get to my vehicle for hours. But, hey, they do good work eventually.
Visited Firestone to get a flat tire fixed. Be forewarned, they will try to sell you a new tire every time instead of trying to fix it. Went down the street to Crown and tire was fixed without question or comment.
Brought my car here paid over 2k for a job. They broke my window. I tried to call to have something done about it they told me they would call me back and never did. What honestly made me the most unhappy about it was that when they did it they tried to pass it off as having been like that already.. plus they tried to charge me more money for the same work that was already listed on my paperwork. So... sorry I tried to give them a chance to make it right but they made it worse

AGood place instead of flat tire repair, over inflated tires triggered my tire icon in my car. The service advisor put correct air pressure and my tire icon went off. Total of 5--10 min. To complete. No flat repair. Happy. Monday 7:00am 05--29--30. Am suppose to be meeting w/Area Manager Tues 11-09-2021 or Wed11-10-2021 even though I made the complaint Sat 11-06-2021 concerning the issues about my car. I have mechanic s documents that were confusing. And statements by the Service Manager that caused more confusion. And the mechanic reports and repairs I am still confused. Plus I am a Cancer/Hospice Survivor with a knee surgery and Cancer Surgery w/ a stroller seat and I am not to happy on the way I am being treated. But I hope all my concerns and confusions the Area Manager and myself can come to a understanding about repairs on my vehicle and terminology/statements from the Service Manager, plus myself being comfortable while waiting for my car.

If you wait its for hours. I dont think there was one completely satisfied customer there during all the hours I spent waiting for my car. There was this one customer that had already been there for 2 hours, when he walked over to check the status of his car,the clerk told him they couldnt get it started because he has a kill switch. Ok but he was sitting right there in the shop for at least 2 hours. Nobody could walk over and ask him the sequence to starting his car?

No appointment, then the wait is a few hours even with a small issue like picking up a nail in warranty covered tire. Spent more time in line(just 1 service rep ever there) then it took to drive, purchase and fix it myself. Balance is a little off, but Ill have the dealership fix that. Just as I had to get done after two alignments from Firestone locations. Their insurance only allows for city streets road testing. So no way of them knowing if balance is right at highway speed.
Took them 3 days to replace my rear drum brakes and when I finally got the truck back the rear end was jumping up and down so violently every time I press the brakes that I almost was in an accident with my children in the car, mind you they assured me that safety was their number one concern
Came an hour early for 12pm appointment to seek faster service But not even happened on time. After waiting more than an hour (@1:15pm still no sign to service for my truck. Appearantly nobody cares about customers waiting time either their promised appointment. Just ignoring and doing clock work as slowest phase. The manager or service advisor don t care about what business they do. Typical unprofessional and degrading slow services from Firestone! I am done with Firestone auto service and Not recommend anyone i know nor everybody else!

Not able to resolve wrench warning and communicated me that it is has been resolved, when I ask them it is still showing they said that I have to go dealership to resolve it! Totally unacceptable, firestone is large mechanical shop and they are equiped to take care any issue or warning related to US based model. My car is not imported. Very poor and irresponsible.
I booked an appointment for an oil change, showed up 15 min earlier to check in, lady at the front desk said they were late and told me oil change was going to take longer than my original appointment slot and said yours is not the only vehicle we are servicing . I may not be the only vehicle, but there are plenty of other places shilling to take my business and respect the scheduled appointments. I took my car keys and went down the street to get an oils change for a $20 cheaper rate that the one offered at this location.

I went to get a free brake inspection. Also an oil change. I was more worried about my brakes because it was making a weird noise. As I was checking out, I asked the guy if my brakes were fine and all he said was a plain yes but I wanted more than a yes. I wanted an explanation, like yes this and this was good. I was there of course because I dont understand cars obviously thats why I went to a place like this. It was my first time there but I just wasnt satisfied with their customer service.

Well the fact they broke, I guess the cable that holds my spare tire on my Honda Pilot and tried to blame the tow truck company that changed my tire, they only get 1 star, wont be going back there again.
The work was fine , the service was much to be found , the price was very high for me , but it had to be done . I wont be going back .
I initially called Firestone to see if they could help me with my car s tire pressure. They informed me that they offer inspections free of charge, so I went right ahead and drove to the location. They were polite and assisted me right away. An experienced crew member checked the air in all four of my tires and pumped them to the recommended pressure levels. They even replaced one of the twist caps to one of my tires free of charge because it was broken. I was very pleased with the friendly service that I received here. However, I would like to point out that some of the crew members within the garage did not have face masks on. I don t know the reason behind this. My best guess is it may be hard to breathe and work efficiently with them on, but it is something I noticed. For the health conscientious, this may be a deterrence to electing for their services, but I digress. Overall, I recommend their business to anyone who needs to stop by to do some small maintenance. I don t have experience with any of their other services, so I can t vouch for those. As for tire pressure checks, it is a safe place to go.

Manager Mike was so helpful and thorough on estimated costs and estimated time. COVID rules were enforced which made me feel safe. I would recommend. Service was completed timely and the cost excellent.

Appointments dont mean a thing. Be prepared to wait. I have to wait whether I schedule an appointment or not. I thought Appointments were to alleviate the extra wait time.
Had appointment at 2:00 p.m. For a alignment only and it took them an hour just to get to the vehicle and then another hour to do the alignment within 30 minutes for paperwork to be filled out when car is done
