Had a flat and they were able to help me get it corrected super quick! Even had my tire size on hand, even though most people dont carry it. Very friendly, and reasonable pricing!

The men at Hayward Tire Pros are great workers and very honest!! They worked on my sisters car yesterday and went above and beyond for her service. As a woman, going to mechanics can be a bit intimidating but they were so informative and kind, I recommend them to everyone looking for solid work!

Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for almost 5yrs now and won't go anywhere else. Have plenty of spots near my home in Newark but always make the drive here cause I know they're going to take care of me. Very professional and knowledgeable. 5 Stars all the way!

I had a terrible experience at this auto shop. I dropped off my car and was told to come back in about an hour. When I returned, my car hadn’t even been touched, and to my surprise, it hadn’t even been moved into the shop. The worst part was when they told me there were no mechanics available because they were all out at lunch! The lack of communication and total disregard for my time was shocking. I expected better service and professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service!

I have a Macan and got a nail in a tire and was in need of an emergency replacement. Called sooo many different places in the area and Shane at Hayward tire pros was the only guy who had a used tire that fit my vehicle. The size of the tire isn’t common and usually has to be special ordered and he made miracles happen. Customer service is 5 stars! Awesome prices too! HIGHLY recommend!

Super friendly and great company to work with. There was a miscommunication (probably on my part), but they were super nice about it. They did an AMAZING job with my jeep installing new wheels and tires complete with alignment. I went here after they repaired a flat for me years ago at no charge. I'm so happy I went back. Definitely would recommend them to everyone needing work or tires for their vehicle.
