Great experience considering the auto parts store "common" environment

Terrible service, the people who served me were very rude. The staff are unprofessional and not efficient.
Customer service was prefect they answered my questions and were very helpful getting the right oil for my vehicle.
Slow and unhelpful, they gave me tge wrong oil after they looked up the right sae 1040 service is unknown maybe we should automate all shops that sell products robots dont make mistakes ediots do.
Very helpful and assisted me with obd test and loan of tools so I could clean battery terminals that were severely corroded. And they had the parts I was looking for.

My check engine light came on I stopped by and the assistant manager ran my car for the codes to find out the fix and he was able to explain my issue and my check engine light went off Im so thrilled with the customer service and the helpfulness of the staff I would recommend this store great staff clean store !
Juan helped me at the counter. I went there to get new wiper-blades; he helped me install them. I also went there to get a new lithium battery for my car key faud; he helped me swap-it-out; although, I dont understand why he took the newly opened battery to the back (was he switching it?). Overall, I got done what needed & would go back again.

They had the meguiars in the tan bottle which can be hard to find, which makes up for their high prices.

If they dont have it they can usually order it. Lifetime warranty offsets the higher prices

I placed an order and it was ready within 1 hour I got double points for my Lucas fuel cleaner and their fuel cleaning system was on sale too. They also have curbside pickup available.
My check engine light came on and I had heard OReilly Auto Parts would scan for the problem. Popped in last minute, Danielle was very helpful and helped me find out it is an emissions leak. She was professional and helpful with the questions I had.

They are always hiring, high turnover rate, employees not very knowledgeable. I asked a question about dry gas, he got confused. I needed dry gas to add to my fuel tank because my gasoline had gone bad from sitting for 7 months.

I went in looking for a can of paint to match my car. When I went to the counter to ask about a particular can I picked up, an employee behind the counter used his phone to help me find the correct can of paint. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

My cars needs a little TCL, forcing me to ride public transit. It was close to closing. That young man (wish I could remember his name) was upbeat. After discovering Id bought a product incompatible with my 2006 Ford 500 he gladly exchanged product for correct one. With no Receipt, no Drama, no Problem. This is my #1 Auto Store. 3 weeks and I still havent my parts,
I shop here almost every day. The staff are good people, helpful. Lock your car, there have been break-ins in the parking lot. Whoever wrote the negative reviews is clearly delusional.
