Ridiculous my appointment was at 10:30. I get here 20 minutes before I am formed. It was scheduled for 12:30pm I get my phone and I show my confirmed appointment. They tell me I’ll be taking care of. It is not two hours past and they have not even started on my car. This is ridiculous canceling my appointment and going elsewhere this place.
Noor did a great job helping me choose my tint and provided excellent service .
Saif is very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. Explained the tinting differences and gave us the options available regarding UV protection which naturally costs more. Will have to see the results when we come back to pick up the car, and see if you like the difference.

TLDR: These people could not do the job the first time much less second or 3rd. The lifetime warranty is BS as Gilroy manager says that they don't cover scratches (which they do, and according to the paperwork I have) and they cheap out on you by not even cutting the tint to match some of the black parts of the glass and hope you don't notice, Didn't even bother to clean up fingerprints. Maybe for the common person, they don't care as much as I do. And everyone else seems to have a jolly ol time. But I'm going to request a chargeback soon on my card, since they also wanted to charge for re-installation if I were to take it off again... Won't recommend this place to nobody If you like your car and care about quality. I really can't understand just how unlucky my experience has been... I tried these guys out cause they had a good deal (so I thought) and at first were very nice and professional, explained to me how the job was going to be done and even offered a few recommendations. Nice. No problems there. Told me there was a lifetime warranty with no questions asked and no refund. Red flag 1. (Also no where on the paperwork says no refunds allowed btw) When I get the car back day of, I go to inspect it before I drive it off the lot and it wasn't cause I didn't trust them at the time. It's because I'm picky, and that's on me sure. But there were such obvious and frankly ridiculous flaws in the job done that I was pretty baffled and tried to be patient. Scratches and literal dust trapped in the tint that you can feel with your hand. I asked since the tint was just put on and I arrived literally 5 minutes after I got the notification that the job was done I asked if they could just take it off and give me a refund on the spot because the problem areas were nearly on every panel and the tint was still fresh so in my mind it should have been easy and a done deal. After an employee spoke to the manager, he told be that they were booked and unavailable until that next week and I just wanted the job done right the first time around. So he offered me to go to Gilroy and I did. After speaking to the Gilroy manager, he told me that they will make it right for me a couple days later. (there was another guy there having warranty work done on his car, Red flag 2) Turns out their windshield guy ain't there so I have to book another appointment to Santa Clara AGAIN to do the front windshield. And when I got back to my car there were scratches on my paint that clearly were not there before as I just bought the car and pre-inspected beforehand... surface scratches that I can buff out no problem but still a little aggravating nonetheless. And here I am a week later. I waited for the bubbling to disappear and followed their exact instruction not to roll down the windows and park in the sun and whatnot but still the same problems.
There was a bit of a scheduling hiccup upon going to get my car tinted but everything was made right . Mosbah will get you taken care of and Juan does a great job tinting.
I called in to get a quote for my tesla model 3, I inquired on getting 10% ceramic tint on all windows including the full back and was given a quote price of around $369. Upon arrival I started to get uncharged on each individual window for seamless/frameless windows knowing all teslas have seamless/frameless windows. Why ask for the model of the vehicle when they should know all teslas are seamless/frameless? A tinting company should know this. On top of that I made sure in conversation I had I included the full back window and now they try to charge me an additional $100 for the full back. I understand some shops charge different prices for the half and full but I made sure to include the entire back in our conversation. Doesnt make sense to do half the back of your window. I also took the time out of my work day to try and take it in real quick for around the quoted amount to get this deal but Id recommend either getting the numbers in writing or emailed to you or youll just be wasting your time with upcharges. So from the quoted amount of $369 (which I understand taxes make the price go up) to basically $500 to do my vehicle. Some may say its a decent deal but the principle is that we did not agree on these terms. And I specifically told them it was a frame less windowed tesla and wanted to do all windows excluding the front at a 10% ceramic window tint with the full back glass. After I left I called back in and the number provided here is actually a 3rd party company that gives quotes/estimates to customers and the shop itself comes up with their own numbers is what I was told and that there was nothing they could do about their pricings. So just keep that in mind when you bring your vehicle in. Dont let them up charge you and just look for somewhere with some integrity.

Honestly the Go to place for Tinting.Had My car tinted a year or two & Still received quality service.Might be busy for walk-in s due to Appointment Queue but Mirwais the Manager will always help you out. Unlike mobile services Jet Black Tint offers lifetime backup warranty which in my opinion it s worth the time and price.

The 95$ for 5 windows is not as you would think. Each and every little window is considered a window, for example the back windows with the division line is considered 2 windows so all in all most cars will be considered to have 8-12 windows that s expensive at 50$ a window looking more at 300-500$ not including the front. I would have appreciated if this was explained beforehand.

The place was clean and well organized. My only complaint was that it took an hour or two longer than quoted when the car was dropped off.

Saif did an amazing job explaining all the different tints and darkness levels. He is very knowledgeable on the tinting process, and explained their system to me. There were quite a few setbacks (not through any fault of his), but he was able to help me and my situation. I had such a good experience, I took my sons car in as well. Highly recommended!
This place is a scam. They lure you in with $99 full tint but then start charging you extra and saying you have extra windows to get more money out of you. Shady business. Don t recommend, you are wasting your time coming here.

Altaee was very nice when it came to comparing different shades and materials of tint. He even suggested a tint for me just to keep things safe. I was fascinated about the display he has in the office demonstrating how each material of tint reacts with heat, and with that it put my interest in ceramic tint which seemed to block the whole heat. Tints came out really nice, highly recommend.

I waited 3 hours for my tint job on my small truck and they guy cant do the back window properly so I have to take it to there other location 1 hour away waste gas and time to go up there so they can finsh the job and finsh the back window not happy I have a new born and not much time and extra cash to be throwing at something that should be done right the first time the guy was very professional and well knowledgeable other than not being able to do the back window but I blame that on the company not him

They quoted us for $199 to install ceramic film on front bumper. We were surprised also why this low. when we got there they would charge $2000.
