This place is a joke i went to buy some tires for my motorhome which he did sell me ( the owner Noel) that were defected and would not replace them and in the process damaged the rims to my motorhome he then promissed to replace the rims and to no avail that was just a lie to get me out of the shop he told me to come back next week when he had more time well he had me come back 5 more times and each time i went back all he did was take air out of the tires. i asked him what was that going to do to fix the problem with the bent rims he then told me that he had talked to the tire company representative and that they had told him to lower the air pressure like i said he had me come back a total of 6 times when he first put the tires on he put in 70 pounds of air pressure so i left the shop i had moved the motorhome 1 block and i noticed that there was something wrong i went back and told him his response was that the tires need to be broken in that i needed to drive the motorhome for at least 30 minuites to break them in so i did and nothing it remained the same as a matter of fact by the time i took the motorhome back the following week the problem was worst it felt like i was traveling over a log road bump bump bump so here i go back again to lower the air pressure down to 50 pounds then back again to lower the air pressure down to 40 pounds and still the same results at this point he started to tell me the my aligmment or my suspension was the problem at this point i knew that this guy was just a bullshiter he finally told me that he was stumped and did not know what to do and that he sold me the tires and that it was my problem so to make a long story short he screwed me out of $729.00 I'll tell you what i will never go to this place again or even buy a bicycle tire from this guy ever!!!!!VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE P.S I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR BUT I HAD TO JUST TO POST MY COMMENT

Noel, the owner is one of the honest, sincere , small bussiness owners in Gilroy! The staff is great and always accommodating!

Love this place. Seems like I run over a nail about once a year. I've had these fix my last 3 or 4 flats. They are fast, do a great job and don't charge much. Highly recommend them!!!

I've known Noel (the owner) for years and he is a very fair and nice guy. He mostly does commercial tire work but if you call to see if he has your tire size in stock he'll help you out. I called him on a Friday to see if he had 4 new tires for my Honda Civic. He didn't but said he'd order them and have them in by 9:00 AM on the following Monday. I left my wife with my commuter car so she could go over there and get the tires changed. It took about 20 minutes to do all the tires. Fast and fair pricing.
