Lowe's Garden Center in Gilroy

I placed and paid for an online order of twelve bags of steer manure. The order was ready for pickup, so I drove to Lowe's and parked in front of the garden department. I inquired of the cashier, who told me that it would be inside the store, so he called to find out where. He never actually got anyone to help me. I showed him my order number, the confirmation emails, and the text messages that I received. Still I waited. Finally, after twenty minutes of waiting, I was told to drive to the back of the garden department and ask someone there to help me. Thankfully there was an experienced employee who immediately brought out my order and put the bags in the trunk of my car. Lowe's needs to hire and train their workers to offer immediate assistance to customers, otherwise they are going to lose us.

Just stopped by to check out the plant selection. A little less than I was hoping for. Not very busy have me more time to look around and not be rushed.

Great selection of plants, and the sales lady Georgina knows her plants. Gave me great tips on caring for them..kudos to her, great costumer service

Staff is awesome

They are very helpful in the Garden Center today. We needed flowers to get the bees to come around our fruit trees, their suggestions were great.

Good prices

Kind of sloppy, with the displays kind of indifferently assembled. Decently stocked, and the basics were available. The bird seed was taken over by the wild birds there; why not put out a bird feeder, and put the seed there, rather then having several broken seed bags?
