The Tire House in Gardena

I went to Southbay to help an old Lady get her tires replace for RX330 2004 since her son pass away no one change her tires or brakes, found Tire House on Google with good reviews so I stop by to get an Estimate and ended up getting all new 4 tires, new. brakes and Alignment all done within 3.5 hour. They are very honest people here, Frank the owner is a good guy gave me the best price without over charging like other places he knew I help old lady so he gave an additional discount which meant a lot to me. What a great guy, he was busy but still try to help on a busy Saturday and thats great service! His worker Jack is also good gave me extra coolent and some oil since I was low, so I have Jack a tip for his help. The car runs perfectly after the new tire installed so is the brakes and alignment was perfect! Must go for tires , brakes or alignment good machines. Thank you a million Frank at Tire House Gardena

USED to be my go to place for tires and repairs but no longer... 3 strikes, and yer out!!! Strike 1: Had my classic car there for a 4-tire swap and they had my car up on 3 roller jacks and unattended when a customer came in… and they told them to turn around and park and the customer HIT the rear jack holding up my car… THANK GOD it didn’t fall but my heart stopped until the car finished rocking back and forth. Nobody said ANYTHING to me about that. Strike 2: Fixed a nail in the tire of my BMW but the “technician” put the lug nuts on so tight, I couldn’t even get them loose with MY impact gun at home. What ever happened to torque wrenches? Strike 3: When I went back to have them loosen the lug nut, the bandit mask-wearing “technician” only argued with me about parking the car… in the EMPTY parking lot. Went to talk to the owner and he tried to explain why the lug nuts are so tight (yeah, dude, I know why they’re so tight 😡…) and then he ALSO complained about where my car was parked (right where they could have easily loosened the g-d lug nuts up in 5 SECONDS) and then turned and asked me why I was raising my voice and getting upset. Good thing I didn’t get a flat or I’d have been really screwed. This place may have good prices but ultimately they will screw you over because they just don’t care. There’s other places for quick tire changes to go to, but if you want professional service that you can trust, this place is NOT it.

Best place to get tires and mechanical work done! This place has saved me a bunch with emergency tires in the past. Honest work done by these guys. I went to 3 different shops to get a wheel alignment for my Lexus and they took care of me and fixed all previous mistakes. Great prices! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them!

Had to replace one of my tires and this was my first time coming here. I have to say I was extremely satisfied. The price is great, they got it done in a very timely manner, and the customer service is really good. I will definitely be coming back and I really recommend this place to anyone in the South Bay!

This place is amazing! Staff is super awesome, they each make sure you're taken care of. Price was the best in all the beach cities! I called at least nine other shops, The Tire House not only had my tire size in but was cheaper to get all four than just two tires at any other. I will be only using them for any automotive needs moving forward!

This tire shop was a blessing to me today. Being a female the knowledge of buying tires is blank to me but they saved my day today. Reasonable to where I really needed one tire due to riding a dummy for an hour on an Audi whoooooo. But going this morning he was able to check my tires and I need all four but I was able to purchase two right away. Very very reasonable and knowledgeable about his work. Definitely going back for whatever service is needed on my car at this point. You can’t trust everybody but I can trust him. Thank you God for this business. See y’all soon!

Drove up to the shop since the one across the street was too busy. They welcomed me I told him what I needed and they got to work shortly thereafter. They are very nice and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Had my front tires flipped due to Inner tire wear they didn't try to sell me tires that I didn't need like the last place did. Definitely will start going here more often.
